Tranquility Custom Homes is a family business, owned and operated by Certified Professional Builder, Don Fryer. Don has been in the new home construction industry for over 15 years. His wife, Emily heads up Sales & Marketing as a Real Estate Professional, giving clients the ease of being able to handle all the real estate transactions with the sale of their current home and building a new one. Emily also coordinates many of the design elements and finishes of each new home. Like you, she often seeks inspiration and new ideas on Houzz! Relationships are important to the Fryers and so we value open and frequent communication with each of our clients. We believe a floor plan is just the beginning of a conversation of building your new home. Once you’ve selected your plan we can make almost any change, big or small, that you can think of.
