I had an issue with my carpet 5 years after installation and Karen Skauge was an absolute gem to work with throughout the process. She worked with the manufacturer to ensure my concerns were heard and responded to and went above and beyond to ensure I received appropriate action from the manufacturer! She was checking in every step of the way to ensure my re-install move forward seamlessly! And...the installer (Chad) and his crew were excellent to work with...timely, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and they left my place as clean as when they arrived!! I would highly recommend Carpet One as their service is second to none! I will definitely do business with Carpet One again! Thank you so much for a flawless experience!

We had a wonderful experience with Jason and Aubrey. We redid countertops and backsplash. They were very helpful and very patient with us when trying to make decisions. When we were remodeling our kitchen we went to Floor to Ceiling and had no idea where to start with picking out products. Josh A took us under his wing and helped make the process of choosing flooring and backsplash among other things much easier. He was patient, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with! I am also a Real Estate Agent and Josh has helped my clients find exactly what they were looking for in a really prompt and professional manner! I had a project where a customer was looking to add a cabinet in their basement bar area and wanted it to look like it'd been there from the beginning. After doing some digging I learned Floor to Ceiling had done the original work back in 2013. I was put in touch with Joann who was absolutely fantastic to work with! Extremely happy to help, very timely on getting back to me and I could tell she cared. Part of the project involved some flooring and tile backsplash so she brought in Josh who was also awesome to work with. In the big scheme of things this was a pretty straight forward cabinet addition, but with all the elements involved, there was just as much scheduling and coordination as in a full kitchen remodel. This store had the largest inventory of tiles to choose from in the Fargo-Moorhead area. They were ok to work with and placed our orders with no issues. I didn't feel they were particularly enthused about working with us since we were making our own selections and weren't using their decorating services, but aside from that, their tile inventory allowed us to be creative. We didn't find anything that compared to their variety.
