We recently hired Simply Construction for our master and guest bathroom remodels. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome, their workmanship, their workers, and their price! After getting 3 quotes, Simply Construction was the most reasonable and professional! I highly recommend them for your next project! I know we will be calling them for next project!

We recently completed a total remodel/update on our home with Simply Construction and we are extremely happy with the work that was done. The workmen worked 6 days a week to get the job completed on time and Gaby Bolin stopped by everyday to check the progress and ensure we were satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Gaby Bolin and Simply Construction.

Gaby is FANTASTIC! My family and I were needing to remodel my childhood home. My husband and I own a licensed general contracting business ourselves in the Sacramento area and I was very pleased to find Gabby. I interviewed with three different contractors and he was the most responsive and most comfortable contractor I felt speaking with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. Throughout the four month project we had weekly, sometimes daily phone calls, FaceTime chats and photos. We met several times at my home every month and reviewed the progress. If I wanted to make a change he never showed frustration, he would simply help make it happen. Gabby does quality work. We were nervous about managing the project from out of state but our home was always locked and secured at the end of the work day. He and his crew were always on time. He runs a responsible business and has great vendors. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him.

After retiring as an airline Captain, I continue to fly private jets which keeps me on the road. I own a home and have had several investment properties around Henderson that have needed renovation. A large architectural firm recommended Nikam Development to me so I gave them a try. The 1st project was my home. I was and remain totally satisfied with their high level of professionalism, quality of workmanship, integrity and the price! For the past 2 years they have exceeded my expectations. Nikam and Gaby truly deserve the highest rating possible!

Did a great job! Upfront with costs and stuck to the original budget. Everyone worked really hard to bring my vision to reality. Went out of his way to help us make the right decisions for our home and great at communicating what was happening and when. Would highly recommend them again.
