What a horrible experience. We had a contract with them for basic maintenance on our yard. After a year, our yard looks worse than when they started. When I questioned what they had done over the course of the year,I was told weeding, fertilizing, pinestraw x2, and other basic maintenance. Of course, I would've known what they had done, if they had provided a list of services at each visit. We requested that they do this several months into our contract bc we couldn't tell that they were doing much of anything. They did put a list of services provided for one visit......we were supposed to have 24 visits. When I spoke with our account rep, at the end of our contract, I requested that he get together a list of the services provided to us. He said he would do that and that he would have pine straw put in our yard bc it was only done 1 of the 2 times we paid for. That was August and I've not seen or heard from our account rep, Ryan. I have called twice since August and left msgs for Ryan and Josh. However, I've not heard back from either of them. It doesn't take much to make me happy.....just provide the services that are paid for. Long story short, this company does not deliver services promised and communication within the company is horrible. Most of our "issues" were blamed on poor communication, as our account was passed btw reps a couple of times. Added bonus, they also handle the landscaping in our neighborhood.......the only thing I will say about that is that they are consistent with bad service.

Always on time, keeps our home looking great! Always available for any questions! Made great suggestions on flowering plants. Highly recommend them!
