In fact, we aim to build a long-term relationship with all our customers. We were extremely pleased with everyone at Handy Hero. From initial contact to the end of the project, they were very responsive and professional. Victor ran our project and he and Johnny are impressively knowledgeable and meticulous in their work, as well as lovely people—true gems in this business. They added a kitchen and a shower to a previously finished walk-out basement, plus partitioned off another area for a bedroom and closet. They do it all well, including painting. I have already recommended them to my son and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The Handy team created built-in bookcases for my living room. I completely love them, and the whole experience was fun and easy. The team worked with me to design the bookcases, offering several different options, and then built and painted them efficiently and professionally. Every interaction we had was pleasant. I highly recommended this team.

I used Handy Heroes to special-order, paint and install new exterior shutters at my two story house to replace the old ones. Mark made exact measurements for the shutter sizes at the house, then the entire process of obtaining, painting and installing the shutters went without a hitch. I would definitely use them again.

Handy Hero replaced stairs leading to our basement and garage, added railing and painted our basement family room. Tim Sewell did a superb job on the stairs. The smaller set leading between two levels was a bear, with risers different heights and other troublesome issues. Tim was able to align all these. He also created beautiful railing between the basement levels and on the stairs, remedying safety and aesthetic issues that had long been problems. To complete the project, Viorel Nicolae painted the walls, doors and woodwork. His careful, professional work made the rooms look new. We were delighted with the completed work and will surely contact Handy Hero for future projects.

Hiro remodeled our basement - including a full kitchen, theatre and custom cabinetry. It looks awesome - we always get great feedback from friends when they see it. We also use Hiro for all of our miscellaneous "handy man" work. There is no project too big or small - he can handle it all. Hiro is awesome - extremely reliable!!!!

We had a custom window high up in our entrance that had to be replaced. Window installers wanted $300+ to come out and simply replace it (I already had the window). Handy Hero came 2 days earlier than others would (and after normal work hours) to do the job. They also charged me $150, half the price all the others wanted. They were very professional and very courteous. The finished project looked great. I was very pleased and highly recommend them.
