Adi, Nick, Terry and the entire team at HC have been nothing but excellent ever since they started working on our garden. We hired them in December to landscape and maintain our gardens which has been a real success. Not only are they brilliant at what they do, they're a joy to work with. Friendly, responsive and experts at what they do. I will always use them for any outdoor work we ever need.

Our garden was in much need of tidying up and we also wanted to create another seating area to get the last of the evening sun, we contacted Hendy Curzon to help us with this and right from the initial contact we found Nick and Adi to be helpful, have great ideas, they listened to what we were hoping to achieve and at all times respectful to the budget we were trying to keep to, what also came strongly across was their genuine passion and for us this made us feel they were interested and that they totally understood what the changes to our garden would mean to us. This passion was also reflected in the team that came and worked in the garden, they worked so hard and to a very high standard, so special thanks also to Phoebe, Terry and James. We are so pleased with the end result and cannot believe how much difference it has made to us, even in a short space of time and we have more to come as we see the plants come into flower and change with the seasons. We have absolutely no hesitation to highly recommend Nick, Adi and their team of landscape gardeners, whatever your project size they will handle it professionally and with passion and we are sure you will not be disappointed with the end results.

Nic and Adi are highly creative, professional garden designers with backgrounds in the film industry. They (and their team) are also lovely people to work with. We approached them with what felt like a very small budget for a modest rear garden on two levels. We wanted something that would be low maintenance, bee and bird-friendly, with year-round interest and a crisp, sculptural quality. We were sure any form of lighting would be beyond our reach. Not so! Nic and Adi immediately reassured us that could be achieved within our budget. They also saw at once possibilities and desirabilities we would never have come up with, such as the need for height (eg the pleached photinias and the paper birch trees) and a slate-coloured background against which the colour of all the plants could "sing". They scheduled the work promptly, and their team of two men turned up exactly when they said they would, working tirelessly and uncomplainingly for three weeks in the cold, wet and murk of December. At every turn, they consulted with us and responded immediately to our enquiries; on one occasion, they even changed the position of one of the walls they had built, at our request. Their ideas for plants were inspired and the quality of the stock they sourced has been exceptional. Since the completion of the garden, we have continued to employ them for an annual maintenance visit to keep the fabric of the garden in tip-top condition. They are working on much bigger and more prestigious projects than ours, yet they will always approach every project with the same transformative zest and flair as they brought to our humble domestic garden. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Having researched a number of different garden designers, we invited Hendy Curzon to help us transform our garden from what was an extremely dull area of grass and patio into something that would be both full of character and functional and which would, if possible, serve as an extension to the rest of our recently fully-refurbished property. One of the first things that struck us about Adi and Nick at our first meeting was the time and care that they took to fully understand our brief. Both of them took great care in not only understanding what we wanted from our garden, but they also took time to explore our home and our lifestyle. As a result, when they left, we felt immediately comfortable that they understood what we were looking for. The result was that the first designs that we received, along with mood boards and samples, pretty much hit our initial brief. Furthermore, we found both Adi and Nick to be very receptive to suggestions and adaptions and we also welcomed the fact that they were happy to challenge us on our ideas. This resulted in the development of a design which exceeded our expectations and a budget which worked for us. Our experience in the design phase was more than matched during the construction, planting and final dressing phases. The company used their own team to carry out all the work. The team arrived on time every morning and worked full days for the duration of the project. In addition, the entire team was very pleasant to have around the house, extremely polite and very tidy. In addition to this, both Adi and Nick maintained frequent contact with us directly, to make sure we were comfortable with how things were going. Both of them also worked on the garden towards the end of the project to support some more of the "artistic" installations in our garden and to oversee the planting phase. We noted that barring some heavy rain, the project was completed both on time, within budget and with minimal stress. Furthermore, even though the project has finished, Hendy Curzon continue to be happy to advise us on any questions that we have in relation to planting, as our garden evolves. In the event that we were to move and re-landscape a new garden, we would have no hesitation in re-engaging with Hendy Curzon again in the future. Highly Recommended.

We contacted Hendy Curzon Gardens last year to tender for the re-design and construction of our gardens and surrounding landscape. We were given prompt attention from the start, then helpful suggestions at the first preliminary meeting. Within about 6 weeks of appointing them we were presented with designs that exceeded our expectations for the property. Thorough project management by the company has meant that the project has been implemented by their team on time and on budget. The lighting was subcontracted to an electrician but he was under their instruction the whole time and the lighting scheme they designed is a wonderful addition and dimension to the property. We initially opted for Hendy Curzon based on their portfolio of work and them as people, and we are so glad that we did as the project has been treated with the upmost attention to detail throughout and completed to a very high standard. Communication was excellent and their teams also left everything immaculate on completion. We look forward to hiring them again for our next project.

Adi and Nick are a great team and provided wonderful advice about both the hard landscaping and planting scheme. They listened carefully to all my aims and the end result achieves all the objectives. They ensured that the work was done to a very high standard and Nick even revised some of the hard landscaping to achieve exactly what I wanted. The planing scheme this year has great and I cannot wait to see the final result next year as the plants mature. Importantly both Nick and Adi responded to all my questions promptly. They always went beyond what might be expected and maintained contact throughout the project. A lovely touch was a month-by-month garden maintenance guide. I would thoroughly recommend this team.

We decided to work with Hendy Curzon after seeing some of the great gardens they have designed on their website and after hearing from Nick and Adi about their flexible approach to garden projects. Before the final design was agreed we had a number of meetings where they were happy to listen to our thoughts and preferences. The team that carried out the landscaping were great - very friendly, tidy, courteous, hardworking and the quality of their work was excellent. They made suggestions for minor improvements to the layout as work progressed and were also willing to listen to any minor modifications we proposed. The work was carried out to a high standard and was completed on time. The trees and plants supplied were of a high quality. The planting scheme has given us colour and interest throughout this first year. Overall we are thrilled with the result and it has been a pleasure working with the Hendy Curzon team.

It's been a pleasure having Hendy Curzon working on our plans to date. We've been going through the challenging and exciting design and planning stages and are very much looking forward to seeing the beautiful designs coming to life. Hendy Curzon designed our front garden and the whole process from start to finish was a real pleasure and very professionally managed. Nick and Adi came up with some fantastic design ideas and plant choices and the ground works team were really efficient, tidy and a good bunch of guys to have around. The advice and help doesn't stop once the garden is installed either - Adi is always happy to advise on bulb choices each year and has helped me tweak one or two plants as I have wanted. We are always receiving compliments from people passing the house and I love walking out my front door each day to see the garden. I highly recommend them.

We engaged Hendy Curzon Gardens for a complete rear garden re-design and makeover, including a new garden room and outdoor cooking space. The first design proposed was fantastic and we changed very little even when the project got underway; having full trust in their vision based on our initial brief. The mood boards provided along with the design allowed us to truly visualise what our new garden would look like and this helped provide extra confidence. Their workforce were courteous and considerate of us as occupiers throughout the whole project and the quality of work and materials used were very high. Now that we have been able to enjoy a full spring and summer season in the garden and enjoy all of its phases as it starts to mature, we are very happy that the team have delivered on every aspect of our brief. We would have no hesitation in using them again for future projects large or small.

HendyCurzen have kindly designed and constructed two major projects in our garden: one a formal parterre for an informal vegetable and cutting garden, incorporating existing apple and plum trees. We are delighted with it. The other project consisted of clearing an existing garden, redesigning, a formal white and green garden and incorporating a pond. On each occasion the team who worked here were a delight, and we a thrilled with both gardens.
