Although our roots have traditionally been delivering prime and super prime construction contracts throughout Central London. We have now found that an increasing number of clients prefer to take the design, management and construction of a project all under one roof. This has a number of benefits, not only does this provide a single point of contact for a client, it can reduce overall financial costs and stop a design being diluted by having numerous levels of management. In so doing we have expanded our in house team to include a range of architects, designers and project managers that are able to take an initial idea all the way through the design process and into construction phase and completion. Our expert knowledge of both sympathetic structural alterations and outstanding finishes is key to creating exceptional spaces. Inevitably there are three key factors of a project; budget, design and construction, they are interlinked and interwoven. Every project has a balance between these three, by using a Design + Build company we are in the advantaged position of being able to advise on construction costs right from the get go, so an architect is not designing something that the budget does not allow for. Too often we find a client would have a complex and well thought through design but the actual costs of building are unfeasible. In keeping an intimate project team we are able to avoid the many pitfalls associated with projects; where lack of communication, multiple contractors and spiralling financial costs can all cause a project to falter. Since 2007 we have successfully delivered over 100 projects, mainly in the Central London boroughs. This can be a demanding environment where local borough knowledge and understanding is key to the success of a project.
