We would highly recommend Dressed2Sell. Sharon and Jane have been fantastic. We recently introduced them to a client and they did a really excellent job in getting the house sale ready (which then sold in a week). Dressing the property so well, really made a difference to the photographs (viewed online) which is the initial interaction with a potential buyer and followed by the in person viewings - The house felt really inviting, well presented and certainly helped us to achieve the best price without a doubt.

Jane and Sharon did a great job styling my 3 bedroom Victorian flat for sale. It was looking tired after several years of tenants. Not only did they restore it to its former glory in no time to achieve a great sale in a difficult market, but they also helped me to settle in my new home, using their amazing little black book of trade contacts. They do so much more than ordinary home stagers - even property searches to find help you find your new place. They literally have all bases covered and I can’t recommend them enough!

Perfect for Expats! Sharon and Jane have been super to work with in getting our house ready to sell while we have been overseas. They did a site visit, while tenants were still in situ, and made suggestions about specific needs to get the property ready for market. They had great tips and vision. While we were happy to do some work ourselves and find some local builders, they also had a handy little book of tradesmen. Creating a timeline leading up to the staging day.and dealing with changes when our tenants didn’t vacate on time…. It’s just hone on the market and is totally unrecognizable. Nothing seems too much trouble! Living overseas is stressful when you have a property to sell- Sharon and Jane are the perfect team to help you make this happen!

Jane and Sharon did a marvelous job staging our period maisonette In SW London for sale. Having looked at various staging suppliers Dressed2Sell offered the most practical and imaginative approach we could find. They were prepared to work with our existing furniture, adding to it in deft and creative ways, making the most of light and texture, and rejuvenating what was a rather tired looking apartment after many years of tenancies. They were great to work with, very responsive to ideas and requests and clearly in touch with market trends. We would heartily recommend them to anyone needing a rapid, imaginative and effective home staging solution.

We contacted Dressed2Sell to help furnish and stage our property which they did perfectly. Our previous tenants had left and taken all of the furniture and as we lived abroad it was too hard to manage the process independently. Dressed2Sell kindly arranged all matters with our estate agent for access and in a very short time period had the property looking fantastic. We received multiple offers the next weekend which resulted in sealed bids and a sale promptly thereafter. We researched other companies to assist with the process but Jane and Sharon stood out for their professionalism and eye for décor. Highly recommended.

Many thanks to Jane from Dressed2Sell for her inspirational ideas to update and de-clutter my dated master bedroom. I now know which of the smaller items of furniture I need to ditch and how to dress the many tricky shaped windows in it to make it look brighter. I’m currently self isolating in Lincolnshire and it was fantastic to be able to use their new remote staging service so that I will be ready to market my home as soon as current government restrictions are lifted.

Sharon and Jane did a fantastic job of furnishing and dressing my ex-rental house in Shepherd's Bush ready for sale. They were proactive and very intuitive, often suggesting things that I hadn't even realised I wanted until they suggested it. They set up a three-bedroom house from top to bottom in less than 10 days, from the first meeting to completion of the job. Both the estate agents and I are delighted with the results (the agents say the house is infinitely more marketable after Dressed2Sell 'worked their magic'!). Budget-wise both their fee and the shopping budget they suggested was reasonable and workable. More importantly they took all the stress away from what would have been a mammoth job for me, with a holiday and a family wedding looming. They took care of the tiniest details from the deliveries, to the handyman putting up pictures, to their 'signature' bottle of gin placed on a side table. They are also a pleasure to deal with - personable, calm and creative, plus they know when to push their point or to back off. The London housing market is a little tricky at the moment and with Dressed2Sell on board I know I've done everything I can to show my property in its best light. They really are worth their weight in gold.

I no longer live in London and rent out my flat there. When my long-term tenant moved on I had very little time to sort out what needed to be done. I let it out partially furnished but my estate agent advised some changes were required. Jane and Sharon were a godsend. I was able to hand over the project to them as I was travelling abroad.

Our agent was struggling to get viewings and told us our terraced 3 bed house looked a bit bland with too much furniture preventing viewers to see its potential. Plus our 3rd bedroom appeared too cluttered and didn't feel like it was a bedroom We used Dressed2Sell to give our home a bit of colour, style and help us sort it out so not so overwhelmed with our things. We were amazed how quickly they did the transformation without spending too much money. Their advice on storing some of our excess furniture and toys was really good, and creating a little office under the stairs was genius. By decluttering our 3rd bedroom and making it a guest bedroom made our house look like a proper 3 bed property and not a 2 bed with a box room We wish we'd done it sooner as it looked great online!!. Well worth the money as we managed to sell and not lose out on the property we had made an offer on.

Dressed2Sell recently helped to de-clutter and stage my late mother-in-law’s large family home prior to going on the market. The help and advice Jane and Sharon provided for both the property presentation and marketing material were excellent. We spent under 1% of the sale price carrying out Dressed2Sell’s recommendations and achieved a sold price of around 10% more than the asking price recommended by our agent. Dressed2Sell’s clever combination of de-cluttering, thinning down and re-positioning existing furniture, installing a new carpet, together with minor re-painting of key areas, and some simple styling, transformed a tired, dark and crowded house into a light, fresh spacious one. We are delighted with the results achieved, and highly recommend the services of Dressed2Sell.

I worked with Sharon earlier this year on a photo shoot in a London apartment that they had dressed to sell. I was very pleased how the apartment was presented which made my job as a photographer so much easier. I sometimes have to tidy myself which I would rather not do. On this shoot it was all done for me and Sharon was on hand to tweak the shoot. I am very impressed with the company and if you are looking to have your home styled to sell.
