Substandard customer service. Instead of dealing with the problems you get an "I don't know response" or a pass the buck response. Buyer beware.

It is unfortunate that you feel as though you received substandard customer service.

Our team has had numerous conversations with you and your building team, including in person, by phone and by email. Innotech manufactured the products you ordered according to the signed sales agreement. The exterior/interior finishing around our product is not part of our scope of work, nor should it result in negative comments about our products or our company.

When there is an issue with our products, it is our commitment to always provide excellent customer service.

We have been happy to work with Innotech over the past 5 years. As a performance homebuilder we are looking for products that are architecturally pleasing and backed up by performance. With their co-extruded line we can offer a dark window detail and not be concerned about flaking or de-lamination. If you are looking for a solid product in the tilt and turn market this is a great product.
