The IPC crew was the most reliable company I've hired in Fort McMurray so far. From start to finish they had everything I was looking for in a contractor. Their staff was knowledgeable, always early to a job, and always had good customer service. I will continue to use IPC for my home renos. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The IPC crew were prompt and courteous. The emergency flood repair to my basement was done fast and the final repairs looked great! I would use this company again and also recommend them.

I hired IPC Reno to do some repair work on my ceiling. They were professional and completed the project within the agreed up on timelines. The ceiling looks great and they paint matched perfectly and looks seamless. I was very impressed and would recommend.

Extremely disappointed in the service from this company. After initial measurements for a Reno, no contact for 4 months then with only one design plan told to come make selections which we did. We then never heard from them again until 8 months later when they wanted to close our inactive file. It wouldn't have been inactive if they had made any effort to contact/communicate. This was to be a full main floor and kitchen Reno so no small job. We were well aware people were busy with post fire rebuilds so we felt we were very patient. They certainly did not demonstrate that they were interested in our business. For a highly rated award winning company I would never recommend using them.

Good Morning Leslie and Phil,
I just received your letter back from Paige and I’m not only shocked but sorry to hear of your disappointment we were done the estimate March 7th and the budget was ready since that time as we discussed 70 -100 k, which I met on the lower end, Due to the time lapse, I can’t remember exactly what went on from there other than my file notes, IPC does over 200 files per year and there are only two of us, I had a note on my file stating “Not in a hurry” we have had several canceled projects or delayed ones at least with Fort Mc Murray's poor job situation, so I would not have pushed it, this states to me you were not quite ready and we did have a phone email and address. IPC is not a pushy sales company, Regardless, as I stated to you during the process we do everything on a budget fully transparently and the file says we went through the budget together it would be in your ballpark after that to give us a go ahead with the project.
If I missed something, I once again sincerely apologize and sorry to hear about the disappointment as there was obviously a communication breakdown.

If I can do anything in the future to make this up I certainly will, thank you for letting us know, we will try to change our process for others of similar nature.

We had some insulation and drywall replaced, and also a light moved and the stippled ceiling redone. The work was top notch, and Ken was always professional and fair in his estimates, work and communication. I would highly recommend this company!

I used IPC service twice. Once in 2014, Once in 2016 after wildfire when others refused me because they are too busy to care about a small job. Both time I was extremely satisfied. They did a fantastic job to fix my ceiling. The price was reasonable compare other companies in Fort McMurray. They are accountable and professional. The owner, Ken, keeps his words. He understood my situation and helped me out. I highly recommend IPC to everyone who wants the best service and result.

We called IPC and asked for an estimate.Ken came within a few days,gave us the estimate and we hired them to pressure wash the outside of the house after the fire. They are prompt and return calls right away! They did an awesome job and did the eaves,the deck,barbecue and any outdoor furniture we had! The even did the little shed in the back. I would highly recommend this company . The are local and it was nice to give the work to someone from ft. McMurray

IPC Reno Crew completed a full interior/exterior fire remediation cleaning of my home following the Wildfire event in Fort McMurray. Ken, Trish, and their crew took a home that had sat for 2 months collecting dust, and circulating poor quality air and gave it back to me cleaner than the day we bought it. Their crew came in on time, dead on estimated cost, and exceeded expectations outlined in the estimate. Ken was always available to be contacted via phone or texts, and any changes I made in the scope were followed up by a same day updated estimate. Attention to detail was what you would expect when the owners of the company are there with their workers seeing the job through. I highly recommend IPC Reno Crew to anyone in need of remediation for any reason. I would suggest they be given to your insurance company as your preferred vendor, as you're getting a local family owned/operated company that lives up to their reputation.

IPC were terrific to work with. We began with a very cramped kitchen that wasted a great deal of space and made the kitchen a pain to be in. Ken and crew demolished the original kitchen and built a new open concept space that gives us so much more room to work and live in. They were incredibly accommodating to the fact that we had two small children and went out of their way to ensure we weren't too inconvenienced. The kids never went without running water, for instance, and they left the oven connected and available until the very last minute before they needed to take it out. The crew was friendly, fun and highly competent. My most hated room in the house is now my favourite, and we cannot be more pleased with our service and the result. We will definitely hire IPC again.

I found this company on Kijiji-didn't know what to expect. I had a delicate ceiling to be fixed, Ken and his team came in and did a fantastic piece of work. Professional; On Time and Pleasant team. Highly recommended!
