Without the middle man, there is less human error and homeowners can discuss desires, needs and concerns with the person who gets things done, and done right. Eric also makes a point of frequently visiting the job site during work hours. Letting him discuss the homeowners wishes directly with the laborers, and overseeing the project in its entirety so that everyone involved is satisfied and ensured quality. This dedication also lets Eric know the exact timeline and process of the project so that everyone involved is on the same page (homeowner, architect, and workers).
