Not recommended. Was unable to fix wax seal. Caused more leaking damage below. Cannot use toilet, need to contact a new professional.

Captain Rooter's emergency plumbing service is the BEST! Life savers!! William was here within the hour and within about an hour fixed a very serious problem. Sewage was coming up through the bath tub pipes and filled up the bathtubs to almost over flowing. The main sewer line to the house had to be cleared and William was not only prompt and professional, but prepared and knowledgeable. I can't recommend this service more. We will definitely be using them for all plumbing needs moving forward. Thank you William!!

I was very pleased with Captain Rooter Emergency Plumbers. After having an issue with another plumbing company I came across Captain Rooter, gave them a call, and they were able to come out within an hour to address an emergency plumbing issue with my toilet. I'm not sure how their prices compare but the service they provided was good. I would use them again

I highly recommed Captain Rooter Plumbing. If there where more stars, they deserve it!! Water was leaking from underneath the shower base. Water was all over my basement. I called several plumbing companies, and being the weekend, Captain Rooter was the only one who was able to send a plumber the same day. Very quick, reasonable, and the job done right. ps They also have good customer service, the young lady that took my call was fantastic, she was reallly concerned & understanding about the situation, she got on it right away!
