Right’s installed carpet and tile in my home. Unfortunately the carpet seam had an issue. The carpet installer immediately took pictures and followed up with his boss about it. Right’s came and tried to remedy the matter but couldn’t so they filed a claim with the manufacturer. Right’s carpet remained diligent about getting the claim resolved. I now have beautiful carpet in my front room. I have done business with Right’s for years and they are wonderful to work with and do fabulous work.

Great group of folks! Great customer service! Excellent selection in products offered. I have used them for three different projects. Bathroom shower retile, a laminate floor and an installation of a wood pellet stove. My one complaint is regarding the installer of the pellet stove. After it was installed, I had tried to contact him for clarification on the baffle plates when cleaning. I called at least four or five times without any return calls. Finally The store sent someone out (at no charge) to look at my stove and explain the proper assembly. Much appreciated! I would not hesitate to recommend Right Carpet and Interiors to anyone looking to do home improvement projects.
