We aspire to express a design that exceeds your requirements and hopes, adding value and a stronger sense of personal attachment. No two clients or sites are the same, prompting thorough research and development meaning every design is special. Landscape, light and texture are the focus of our designs. We manipulate the sense of space beyond square meters. We believe in using quality materials that are a delight to touch, smell and see. Longevity is paramount as we hope you'll be at one with the design for a long time. Our designs are charged with a sense of intent so that spaces take hold of the user, whether it be subtly or boldly. We embrace a holistic approach to design, so that architecture, interiors and landscape come together as one.

Informations professionnelles :

JORJA GEC studied at The University of Melbourne and received a Bachelor of Architecture with Honours. She has worked with Denton Corker Marshall and SOM, leading development and construction of large scale projects. Jorja has also designed several residential projects at waterfront, vineyard and suburban properties. JASON GEC attended RMIT University and received a Master of Architecture with High Distinction. He also holds a Certificate IV in Building and Construction. Jason has worked with local design practices in Prahran, South Melbourne, Toorak and Brighton acting as Project Architect on highly detailed residential and multi-residential projects.

It has been a fantastic and fuss-free experience working with Jason and Jorja. Building our first home was always going to be a daunting task and they have supported us greatly through every step of the process. Their attention to detail and appreciation of our design brief has been first-class and reflects a real passion for what they do. We are so pleased with the design and cannot wait to see (and live in) their amazing work.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Jarchitecture on a recent new build. Jorja and Jason are passionate architects with a great vision for creating unique projects that respond to clients brief, site and budget. I was extremely impressed by their amazing attention to detail, as well as their innovative ways to work with space and make use of natural light. They were patient, quick to respond and thorough when exploring the many variables of having a seaside home. Thanks to their meticulous design documentation and emphasis on materials, I was able to build the home I wanted. I highly recommend Jarchitecture services to anyone considering a new build, renovation or concept.

Amazing results were achieved in our latest development We were very happy with the design that Jason and Jorja (Jarchitecture Pty Ltd) came up with through initial concept discussion and then finally with working drawings. Jarchitecture handled the whole project through council planing to managing the build by working directly with the builders. Jarchitecture also managed both the internal fitout and worked with the landscape gardeners to complete a very modern project

We are current clients of Jarchitecture and we would recommend this company to anyone that is exploring the option of using an architect. Since commencing our renovation/extension project, Jason and Jorja have been very easy to work with. They have consistently produced detailed plans and documents according to our needs. They have put a lot of thought into the design, including the small details, to ensure that there is continuity throughout. We were really impressed with the way they explore all the options and keep coming up with changes to refine the design. One of the reasons we went with an architect was to ensure we could get our plans through council. Jarchitecture have been outstanding in this area. They wrote a detailed and well thought out planning application to council. They dealt with council efficiently and effectively. Throughout this process they have showed great perseverance. We’ve been very satisfied with Jarchitecture and their service. We absolutely love the design they came up with. It's obvious that they are very passionate about architecture and getting a great outcome for their clients.
