Kathy, along with the talents of our impeccable staff and crew, are able to design plans and 3-D renderings and then bring them to fruition. From design lay-out to installation of a low-water garden, Kathy listened to what I wanted and incorporated those ideas. I have recommended her to many of my friends. While I prefer to do my own regular maintenance, she and her capable employees are always available if I need extra assistance. Everyone at Alford's makes you feel like family, so much so that hugs are almost a requirement!

Kathy created a functional design that made the most of our small space. She included an edible garden and had some great ideas for replacing the grass. Her team installed everything quickly -- within a single weekend -- and we're very professional.

I love my space.. I look forward to updating and doing another one of my small spaces. Having a zen den with loving color is the only way to live. Thank you Kathy. Time for some pro pics .

I can't say enough about this wonderful company and particularly it's owner Kathy Alford. She is a talented, gifted, landscaper/artist who transformed our drab, terribly outdated, (yes I'm talking spruce hedges complete with spiderwebs!), into a charming English garden that friends and neighbors stop to admire! She's thorough and very helpful to the novice gardener giving very specific and easy after-care instructions. And best of all offers what she calls a "refresh" which includes a complete overhaul of clipping, pruning, and replanting which I happily invest in every season. I've been so delighted with their work and skill that I've recently hired them to do my driveway and back yard too. I am thrilled with the plans she submitted and can't wait to begin!

A commenté : What is the type of plant?The plant is Agave attenuata in a mature form.I removed the pups (babies) to show the stem. The plant works well here because it is a soft green and unlike other agaves, it doesn't have sharp points....
