Kenwood Builders designed and built our home in 2011. We bought our home from the original owner in 2017. Our home gleams as if newly built because of Kenwood’s design, craftsmanship and commitment to forward-looking home materials and technology, elegance and excellence. The Kenwood team goes above and beyond answering our questions and offering support even though we are “downstream buyers”. These guys are the best builders around!

We purchased a property built by Kenwood Builders. They had renovated an older home into two condominiums. Their workmanship and quality are excellent. We have been very happy with our new home. They also connected us with various contractors who had worked with them to help us with any followup work.

Our house was built by Kenwood Builders as a semi-custom construction. When we met Boris and Gerry the house was nothing more than a hole in the ground. Kenwood already had plans for the house they intended to build, but we wanted to customize some of the interior to meet our specific needs. The process could not have been easier, and the results were perfect. We got exactly the house that we wanted, with none of the problems which usually accompany custom construction. The house was completed by the date promised, and all the changes that we requested were done to our exact specifications. We couldn't be happier!! Since that time, over 5 1/2 years ago, Boris and Gerry have continued to provide invaluable service to us. Whenever we need anything done in the house, whether it's routine maintenance, or complete restoration due to the record snow fall in Boston this past year, Boris and Gerry are there for us. Kenwood continues to be a team that we can count on anytime we need something done in our house. And, their work is, as always, top quality.
