Great experience having the team install our kitchen. With a flexible, can-do approach everything was installed perfectly. Communication was great and we are super happy with our magnet kitchen. Due to the great work of Oleg it even looks bespoke with additional cabinets around the chimney breasts, a wine rack and more! The work was done in such a clean and tidy way too. Can only highly recommend!

Kal and Vlad from KMI handheld my house transformation project covering loft extension, internal structure change and full house refurbishment. They worked with their delegated designers from design to build with a seamless transition from phase to phase, which made me feel peace of mind. Kal & Vlad we fantastic from start to finish. They were very engaging with what our needs were and helped deliver everything that was required on the project. Always happy to put forward suggestion and alternative was to finish off our single storey rear extension. We are beyond happy with the quality of works throughout, the project was delivered on a timely fashion with the initial dig starting in the December snow.

KMI delivered our ambitious wraparound kitchen extension in Brentford - and the finished job is AMAZING. We worked with an architect for the design, and DeVOL kitchens for the cabinets + worktops etc- and approached KMI for the build + integration once we had planning approval in place. Not many builders in London would have the ambition or appetite to touch this kind of job (which involved custom curved + hidden steelwork, custom curved windows, unique roof design, chimney breast mods, deep foundations over shared drains etc)- but from the quote stage when we received a most detailed estimate, right through to the final finishing touches - nothing was a problem for Kal, Vlad and the team. We lived in the house throughout which was helpful in resolving site discussions as they came up, and the team made sure that everything was done properly. Any interface issues etc were discussed fully before deciding what to do, and KMI's customer service is outstanding. I've never seen this kind of attention to service from builders / trades! KMI turned what could have been a nightmare job into our dream living space - and I would thoroughly recommend (in fact would like to ask them back in future for garden office). A few years ago, KMI did a good job of installing a new kitchen and bathroom for us, so we decided to use them for our loft conversion too. As always, the builders were professional and courteous and Kal was always on hand when needed. We're happy with our new living space and would recommend KMI to anyone thinking of doing a loft conversion.

We had a wet-room bathroom and toilet done by KMI. We are renovating a Georgian house and the finished job by the team was excellent. Attention to detail was amazing, allowing us to have options with installation to fit us, whilst also offering professional advice to ensure we had the bathrooms we desired. Results speak for themselves; we will be using them again for our kitchen when the time comes.

KMI has completely refurbished two bathrooms for us as well as changing the layout of our bedroom and I really can’t fault them in any ways. The job they’ve done is excellent, and they really focus on customer satisfaction. Kal constantly came to the site to make sure everything was going well (he is so polite and nice that even my neighbour praised him) and Vlad was also constantly in touch, making sure he was on top of even the smallest details. I’ve heard so many horror stories with other builders but our experience with KMI was so good that it was almost unbelievable! KMI completed a full renovation of a two-bed flat at the top floor of a Victorian mansion block, including the removal of load-bearing walls and space reconfiguration. I hardly know where to start to explain how essential they were to completing this difficult and patience-testing project that took over a year. From false starts to landlord interference to last-minute fixes and everything else in between, Vlad, Kal, and Radi handled everything with composure, a positive can-do attitude, good humour, and impressive skills. Our flat is absolutely lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and work with them again. An outstanding team that won't disappoint.

KMI did an absolutely brilliant job with our full bathroom refit. Kal and Vlad and the team really have customer satisfaction at the heart of everything they do. They found a solution to every tricky problem our wonky 1930’s house threw at them, finding creative and cost effective solutions (e.g levelling the floor) to produce a very beautiful finish. KMI did a terrific conversion job on our London terrace. We added a loft conversion with 2 rooms and a shower room, several skylights, and a downstairs kitchen extension including the side return. We also had them do some landscaping work outside. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and with the communications throughout. Highly recommended.

We used KMI London Ltd to design a brand new apartment together with an interior design firm. We did lots installation of wallpaper, wall painting, new lighting, electric curtains, art hanging, etc. Vlad was in charge of our project, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Our architect (EBBA Architects) suggested working with KMI as they'd already done a couple projects together and soon after a smooth quotation process we all found ourselves working together on our 2-bed East London maisonette renovation. And what a journey it has been. From start to finish KMI have been professional and genuine. They've been great at problem-solving, flexible and adapting if necessary, working to a well-planned schedule, following the allocated budget and mostly completing the project to a high standard we both expected being designers. During the build, communication was key; KMI kept us updated and addressed our concerns daily, via Whatsapp and phone calls when necessary. They were always at reach and this was really assuring. KMI were really patient and took plenty of time to explain things which also really helped us understand the overall processes better. They worked well with all parties including our architect, joiners, and suppliers making everything easy and smooth as possible. They were also quick to flag any potential issues and helped to work through these. Not only were they fully dedicated to our project for the past few months but the service didn't stop there - they're genuine people who care, who want you to be happy with their output and them, so they are there to help for as long as you need, even post project completion as they too shared this experience of making our house, a home. That is rare to come by, we've heard, for contractors, let alone for human beings. At our initial meeting with Vlad and Kal, we immediately knew KMI would be the company we would like to work with. We knew that they would do an amazing job for us.... and we were right. We’d had a number of meetings with other companies to discuss our projects already but meeting with KMI was nothing like the others. They were easy to talk to and their suggestion about the structure and design was very thorough and in detail from the very beginning. We were going to have an open plan kitchen/dining, new bathrooms, updated bedrooms and hallway. It was a much bigger project than anything we’d done previously. At every stage Vlad always gave us a clear idea of what was going on and kept us updated with the progress. He was always there whenever we had any questions, whenever we needed advice or had any concerns. Not only that but while the work was being done Vlad and his team always made sure we were still comfortable living in the house and tried to work with as little distractions to our daily life as possible. The KMI team were great throughout the project and despite needing to work within some quite tight COVID constraints, were accommodating of changes in plans. I am delighted with the new kitchen they installed for me and the joinery work undertaken on the new fit out of a small loft apartment looks great. They coordinated all aspects from the kitchen supplier, to the electricians, plumbers, joiners, painters and finally floor specialists - making it all very easy for me in what could otherwise have been a very stressful process.

I hired KMI London Ltd after meeting with several prospective contractors. I made my initial decision, not only on the competitive price but upon meeting with the Project Manager, Kal. He was very easy to talk to and answered my many questions in a 'straight down the line' way which I found reassuring. I was impressed with his professionalism and clear communication and he sent me the quote through very soon afterwards so that I didn't have to chase. Our old bathroom was put in by the previous owners at least 30 years ago and the water from the bath had leaked through the wall! He explained the process quickly and was flexible around my timings. Radi, our main member of Kal's team, was extremely polite, punctual and did a fantastic job, clearing up the debris on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend using them and have already asked Kal if, when we eventually get our upstairs bathroom done, we can book Radi in!!

I had KMI come in and install a new bathroom (I swapped two rooms and had a bedroom made into a bathroom and vice versa). KMI were great at running through the quote and explaining the costs to me and what each cost meant, which I didn’t get from another company I had in previous to this one. The other company added in extra costs which when I questioned, they couldn’t explain, and they were quite patronising, so I’m so glad I went with KMI! It was such a different, contrasting experience. They made everything very easy and I knew I could call at any point if I had any questions. The guy who installed it was great and did everything so quickly, I couldn't believe one person could do it all! I need a man that useful in my life!! I would recommend them to friends and family and I’m definitely keeping their contact details on my books for more work around the house!

A couple of years ago KMI installed a Bathstore bathroom for us. Kal and his team were very professional, extremely hard working and did a super job. As a wet-room, it was very important that appropriate skill was taken in the preparation and installation of the floor and tanking system. We are very happy with our new bathroom Luba was the man who completed it all with excellent skills, he worked very hard and did not stop all day. The electrician came to fit all the lights and supply to the shower. From start to finish the work was excellent and very tidy. Thankyou.

I had this company to install by bathroom as a contractor through Bathstore . Every member of the team was very friendly and kept me informed throughout. I would like to pay a particular mention to Vladi, who was the main installer. His eye for detail and quality of work I cannot fault. He is an extremely hard working guy, turning up daily just after 8 and not finishing some nights until after 6 with a short break for his lunch. The aftercare has also been great. Highly recommended.

Excellent workmanship by hard-working, competent and very willing team. The work was carried out in November/December, took just under 3 weeks to complete. The job was to remove an en-suite bathroom and replace it with a modern walk-in shower as I have mobility problems, new toilet, wash basin and built-under units. New, slip-resistant flooring too, The whole project cost £13,000, ordered through Bathstore, with a 5-year guarantee on installation and lifetime guarantee on products. KMI were exceptionally hard-working. I would use them again for other home improvements.

KMI totally transformed our bathroom, and we are absolutely delighted with the results. The project from start to finish went so smoothly. Vlad, the MD, came round to discuss everything with us beforehand, the installers turned up at 8am every day (inc Saturdays) and worked tirelessly (and very tidily) until the bathroom was finished.
