We worked with Kristin and Ivan in 2009 to draw up architectural plans for a tricky site in Panama. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They were very good at explaining the design process and provided drawings in a timely manner. Their designs were functional and elegant. They understood the type of home we were aiming to build. Through my equestrian facility planning and design business, Sustainable Stables LLC, i was hired by IM-KM to advise on horse barn and related equestrian facility design for a project in Panama in which they were leading overall estate design, construction and management.
