KTS Group was founded and created to help a client work through the design process from concept to final build out. We offer a wide range of services from Design to General Contracting build out, but focus mainly on changing the use of common materials into different design features within our projects. We are proud of the specialized ability to integrate glass features and components into our designs due to our long time experience in the Glass and Glazing industry. We pride ourselves on trying to help clients design and build with respect to their budgets and still maintain a quality of design that sets their project apart from the commonly found design within their surroundings.

We worked with KTS Group to remodel our Naples condo. Some people look for an architect and some look for a construction contractor: We got the best of both worlds by working with KTS. Not only were they creative with design (including solving several complicated design challenges), they were also clearly experts on the construction aspects as well. We have referred them to other people and would highly recommend their work.

I hired KTS Group to renovate a condo from start to finish. The proprietor is very knowledgeable of, and helpful in arriving at, creative design solutions while being highly respectful of one's budget. The communication flowed with ease, with my construction-related questions and concerns were always addressed in a timely manner. The owner is a professional on many levels. As both an Architect and a General Contractor, he understood the renovation process on multiple levels, thereby creating ease in the process for me. I would recommend KTS Group, and would hire them for any future project of my own as well. Fabulous photos to follow!

We have worked with KTS Group on a number of projects over the past 5-years. KTS worked closely with us, as a member of the design & construction team, to ensure their clients needs we're being addressed and that the project stayed on budget and moved forward in a timely manner. KTS was a pleasure to work with. Communication, scheduling, and attentiveness to all phases of the project were always spot on.

A commenté : what is the color of the light marble floors?The floor is Honed - Diana Royal. There is a lot of veining throughout so that is what makes it look darker and lighter. Mostly beige and tans
