Landmark Custom Landscape

We used Landmark a few summers ago to redo our backyard. The end product turned out great and we love it.

Landmark just finished a complete landscape, hardscape and pool project at our house. We totally recommend the company. The proposal stage was excellent, because of 3D CAD rendering that made both "seeing" the project and changes easy (much better than others that provided proposals). The contract was straight forward and Complete - no add on surprises at any time during the project. Tom Chung, the owner, and his crews did Everything we agreed upon, and a crew was at the house everyday, 6 days a week - they met their completion date! The crews were courteous and they care about our level of satisfaction. The materials used and the quality of work were excellent and exceeded our expectations - appear better than materials used by other companies on projects in our neighborhood. Tom, his crews and everyone with Landmark were responsive and flexible from the beginning and continue to be after project completion. We could not be happier with the value Landmark delivered - their proposal was higher than others, but based upon the finished quality and look, we believe we could not have received more value. We highly recommend Landmark!

2 Years in and our yard looks better than the day Landmark finished. These guys do great work. They don't cut corners and their work is long lasting.

Tom has the knowledge of a master builder/landscaper. He will never steer you wrong. His team that was at my house everyday have the same knowledge and will constantly try to improve the build with suggestions, which made me feel comfortable that I was getting my monies worth. Tom told me that my backyard would look better in 2 years. And like a work of art or a fine aging wine, my backyard appeals to me more and more as the days go by.

overall, these guys did a great job. They were professional, quick, and did quite a bit of work at my house. Only one criticism: communication could've been better. We had a couple misunderstandings about what was needed, but Tom was quick to fix all of that.

Tom did an excellent job listening to EXACTLY what we needed. He utilized CAD to show us virtual renderings of the finished work and he delivered exactly what he said he would do. He does top notch work and I would highly recommend him and his friendly team to anyone!! This is the second time we have worked with Tom and can't wait to work with him again! Thank you Landmark!!

We chose Landmark Custom Landscaping after getting 3 quotes. We went with them because we liked the professionalism as well as there use of 3D software that showed us almost exactly what the final project would look like. The team was great to work with and they finished on time. The project came out beautiful as well as functional and we get many compliments from visitors.
