We needed a wetroom due to illness and had difficulty finding someone to take on the challenge until Sara Levy came into our lives. She gave us lots of help, support and ideas and designed our bathroom exactly to the specifications we required. Henceforth we now have a beautiful wetroom / bathroom that is exactly what we wanted. We are so pleased and can highly recommend Sara Levy Designs for anyone that needs their bathroom re designed. Her professionalism and ideas and team worked extremely well together for the end goal of our perfect bathroom. No job too small or too large, they even fixed external issues at our house.

A poor experience unfortunately. I asked for the flat to be painted in Dulux Diamond white, but the painters left the remnants of a tin of cheaper paint. They did return and I’m told gave it a coat of diamond white, but how would I know? Also, I asked for the 20 year old ventilation system to be reviewed with a view to upgrade/ replace the motor. The electrician provided was clueless about ventilation systems and just said it was working because it was making a noise, but he didn’t check airflow. Shortly after he left, the circuit to the smoke detector (that apparently he did check) has failed and I have a new electrician booked to try and sort the mess out. Sara Levy subbed this work out to sub standard contractors but then told me to contact them directly, refusing to manage her problem. It’s what you do when no-one is watching that counts, and I must say I feel like it would have been easier to phone around contractors myself and manage them than pay for SLD service. Avoid.

Sara and her team were extremely professional and discreet and nothing was ever too much trouble. They came up with great ideas and worked to a time table - and stuck to it. They were a pleasure to have around and their work was of the highest standard. I really cannot fault them or their work product. It is simply excellent. So much so that they are coming back in a few months to redo my kitchen and downstairs cloakroom.

Sara and her team, led by Greg, have done a fabulous job for us. They have completely refurbished our ensuite bathroom with a brand new layout and updated a tired family bathroom, as well as redecorating our master bedroom, dressing room and downstairs study and hallway. Using her expertise, Sara sourced everything from beautiful bathroom sanitary ware to chasing down an out-of-production paint so repairs in our hallway matched up with existing paintwork. Through out the entire process, Sara was unfailingly cheerful and easy-to-reach which makes a big difference in a building project. Enquiries were dealt with immediately and problems discussed and solved there and then so there were no delays. The fact that our snagging was completed within four days of the project finishing says a lot about Sara's company and workforce. We would whole-heartedly recommend London Flat Renovations.

Sara and her team were very efficient and consultative throughout the entire process of my bathroom renovation. She offered great advice and sourced lovely products and fixtures. Her team was really professional and there was great workmanship behind the finished look. They dealt with supply issues speedily and followed up to make sure everything was in order. Absolutely delighted with my finished bathroom - a clean, modern, luxurious atmosphere!

We had several professional coming to look at our bathroom and chose Sara because she immediately spotted things the others didn't. We absolutely love our bathroom. It is a small one and used to be unpractical and a bit of a nightmare. It is now a colourful, tidy and organised space that we're happy to use. She is great at project management, and came in to check the progress regularly. The workers were super friendly and tidy, they actually cleaned after themselves everyday.

Sara and her excellent team of builders helped us through 3!!! bathroom renovations this year. Sara was an excellent collaborator throughout the design process and really helped guide our initial thoughts so that we had a fantastic finished design. The builders were timely, reliable, tidy and did a great job. We couldn't be more pleased with our new bathrooms - it's been a total transformation.

I let out a flat - and have had the same tenants for over 15 years. When the tenants gave notice, I knew it was time to renovate the flat. I thought it was going to be a huge commitment of my time and resources - but then I found Sara. I immediately felt comfortable with her and her team - and knew that the project was in good hands. The flat was renovated to an extremely high standard, beautifully finished and completed within time and budget! Unbelievable! Sara's team of builders were lovely, tidy and quiet (my neighbours never complained about noise or dust)! Sara also sourced all the fixtures, fittings, taps, cabinets, light pendants etc for the flat - she would do all the work and then just send me a couple of options. She has excellent taste and knew exactly what I wanted for the flat - so decision making was easy. Most importantly, Sara understand that I had to stick to a budget and helped me to do so (although always made helpful suggestions about what could be done to improve the flat). I recommend Sara and her team wholeheartedly!
