Linda Stotts is a woman owned, full service, ground up, high end design-build interior designer. Linda has been doing interior design for 30+ years, in the DC, Maryland, Virginia and in Texas areas. She is a 4x winner of the Best of Houzz. She is a Pro on Houzz. Her work has been published in over 30 national magazines. Ask her about her first visit and offering a nominal fee for that first visit to get started. Linda's designs are for living and for enjoyment, not necessarily for the "showroom look" or being "fearful". Linda can turn your once outdated or tired room(s) into the space that is in the “now". Linda likes to buy wholesale from her numerous vendors she has had relationships with for many years, with a percentage of that wholesale price point being passed on to her clients. All projects deserve my personal evaluation and would be priced based upon budget and desired look.

I had the privilege of working with Mrs. Stotts years ago when I was fresh out of design school. She saw the potential in me when all the other doors closed in my face. In working with her, I learned so much about the business, life and working in the interior design industry itself. She has such a sophisticated scene of style, always on trend and just gets it! To this day she has been my mentor. She took me under her wing and was willing to go the extra mile for me. Her insight, intelligence, and genuine heart are what set's her apart from everyone else.

Linda Stotts is a true professional with a true love of her craft. She is very easy to work with and is always listening to find how to get what you want. We did a pretty big job with many twists and turns. But, we got the job done and we could not be happier. We plan more projects with her. So, of course we would recommend her to anyone. She is such a wonderful person. Just meet with her. She will win you over.

We found Linda Stotts when we were having a difficult time transitioning from an Adobe house in Santa Fe, N.M. To a Tuscan villa in the hill country of Texas. She listened to our ideas then went full speed ahead in improving on them and giving us a look more beautiful than we imagined. Her sources for fabrics, furniture, window treatments, wall colors, etc. were the best in quality and comfort. All this was done with fun and a sense of humor, not to mention respect for certain budgetary boundaries. Love this villa, thank you Linda.

Linda Stotts has worked on two houses for us. One was completed and in need of a new look. The second was a new house being built in Park City, Utah. In both houses Linda was able to understand what we were looking for and deliver it successfully. Her talent and experience made it so easy for us to achieve everything we wanted in both houses. We would highly recommend her for any project, large or small. She is a very talented professional designer.

Linda Stotts was the first and only interior designer I have worked with. I say only because I don't think i could ever find someone as outstanding as Linda. For me, her special expertise is careful listening to how you want a room to look, what feeling, mood you want in that room. I have very little design experience and felt that I didn't even know the words to use, but I talked and Linda really listened. My home is a beautiful expression of me because of Linda's expertise. I have received many complements on my home. I remember when Linda showed me a picture of possible bedroom furniture. It was exactly what I was looking for. I'm sorry that Linda no longer lives in the Washington, DC area. I would love to work with her again. I worked with Linda in 2000, 2004, and 2005. In addition to my dining room and master bedroom, she also helped me with recessed lighting and flooring in my kitchen, recessing lighting in my den, new floors in my bathrooms and laundry room, and new carpeting and painting throughout my home.

Linda guided my 6 room apartment renovation over several years from Spring 1998 to Spring 2005, from stage 1 of infrastructure renewal to the trim on the window coverings. She moved walls, opened doorways, supervised lighting projects, floor refinishing, repairs and painting. Always, she had prompt service contractors who respected her, her schedules and quality workmanship. She knew what I liked and wouldn't like, she was respectful of my budgets , knowing the best use of available funds. She kept her appointments and was always responsive to me. I would recommend her to anyone looking for tasteful, original, and very competent design services.

Linda Stotts has helped transform our new home in San Antonio into a warm, inviting, and comforting place to live. She has been very gracious with her time, products, and expertise. I know nothing about decorating, and we live on a tight budget. She respects that, and works within our budget. Her taste is impeccable, and her eye for detail is great. Her follow through is consistent, and she doesn't miss a beat. I would highly recommend her for any size project .
