Our service technicians specialize in trench-less and no-dig methods that will save you time, money and headaches. The trick is detecting the problem area and addressing it directly instead of digging trenches that could damage driveways and gardens.

My garbage disposal stopped working and I requested a few quotes. Local Service Pro responded quickly and had someone out the same day for a free diagnostic. Excellent communication, technician arrived on time, etc. The problem ended up being so simple that it was fixed in the diagnostic process - as the technician was trying to diagnose the problem, it was fixed. The technician was very knowledgable and gave us some tips on how to prevent this from happening again. The issue is that I was never given a heads up how much the repair was going to cost because the it was such a simple fix, and after he left I received a bill for the minimum amount for a service visit - $150. I understand that the technician needs to be paid for his time, and there are overhead costs associated with running a plumbing business, but it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth when the free diagnostic turned into a $150 'repair' - esp when it was such a basic fix that took 5 minutes. This was partially my fault - I should have checked youtube first before calling a plumber. Anyway, I would still recommend their services but I'd keep in mind that the "free diagnostic" might be misleading.

Both the customer service and technician were fantastic. Showed up on time, quickly fixed my problem without any hassle or complaining or upselling. He was friendly, clean and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for an honest, professional plumber!!

The specialist they sent was very helpful and quick. Highly recommended. I will definitely use them again and the staff is very friendly.

We recently moved to a new home and had issues with the sink and one of the toilets. The plumber fixed it and provided fast service at a reasonable price.
