Las Vegas Luxe Design Build is headed by the Owner's, Wayne Gazzo and Diane Gazzo. With 45 years combined year of experience, you can be assured you are getting a superior level of service through an extremely dedicated team that takes pride in their business. Wayne Gazzo started his Custom Home Building Career when he was very young. At the age of fifteen, he started by apprenticing under his father where he learned all levels of the construction process. His father is an old-fashioned Italian that instilled the importance of hard work. At the age of twenty, Wayne started his first Custom Home Comany in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. There he built over 80 custom homesranging in size of 2,500 square feet to over 10,000 square foot in various luxury communities. In 1998, Wayne Gazzo moved to Las Vegas. He then expanded his knowledge of the construction business by working for established builders in the area. Once his knowledge of the Las Vegas construction standards was established, he branched off on his own. In 2004, Palazzo Development was established. Palazzo has built over 25 Custom Homes in the various luxury communities over the last several years. Each home is given the expertise and care from the Palazzo Team as if it is the only home. Each detail is important to the Palazzo Team as if it was their own dream home.
