Not only does this show my passion for design but also that I understand my clients wishes and create spaces that are visually beautiful. Every client is unique and my approach to every design is tailored to ensure the space is perfect for their needs. All my projects are bespoke whether it is a kitchen, bathroom or a full interior space. I’m available for work world-wide and my charges vary depending on the size of the project, which I discuss with you at your first hour free consultation – with no obligation to proceed any further.

Mal has designed a beautiful and superbly functioning kitchen for us. Months after moving in I still get great pleasure working in it with its large Caeserstone rugged-concrete island bench and a mix of lighting options for different purposes. Our ensuite bathroom is so elegant and loved by every visitor. Also beautifully lit, I love looking at all the fossils in my limestone tiles and feel back home in NZ when showering on my Fiordland kauri tiles in the wet area. Mal was ever available for quick comment on Whats App.

We had the pleasure of working with Mal Corboy as part of renovation & expansion of our family home in Remuera. Mal provided full interior design services during the project. The highlight of this project was definitely our brand new kitchen, bespoke study, and the bathrooms. Mal's attention to detail was superb. The cabinetry suppliers that he had recommended to us were excellent and we were very impressed with the every aspect of the product quality. Every line was perfectly straight, things fit exactly where they meant to go, every finish was perfect and only the best hardware was used. During installation Mal supervised the entire process to ensure everything was flawless. That shows a lot of due diligence! His work not only looks amazing but also very highly functional. We still can't believe how much storage space we now have in a relatively small house! We would definitely recommend Mal's services to anyone who is looking for their next bespoke kitchen and wanting something special.

Mal designed and project managed the renovation of our kitchen, laundry, bathroom and ensuite. We found that he listened to us, was patient and provided appropriate guidance that was focused on meeting our needs. Our renovation took place in the Waikato and our distance was never an issue. Mal has excellent networks and access to top quality tradespeople who all were professional and completed work of the highest standard. Mal was easy to talk with and was very open to our thinking. He was extraordinarily responsive to all queries and would provide immediate follow up where necessary. He communicated very effectively with us on all occasions, We also found that he has excellent buying power with a variety of outlets which ensured that the quality of our renovation was not compromised. We are thrilled with the end result and would not hesitate to either use Mal again and/or recommend him to others.

Mal's product knowledge was current and invaluable.He came recommended by a friend and we understand why they were confident in the recommendation. It has been a total pleasure working with Mal Corboy on our apartment makeover design. He has redesigned our kitchen using luxurious gold and chocolate colours and creating beautiful pieces of furniture to match the overall look. Our small kitchen has turned into a large fabulous easy to use kitchen. His amazing ideas for our bathrooms and wardrobes have been wonderful and it feels like we are working with an old friend.l I would highly recommend Mal - his design skill and talent for making spaces look amazing is worth every cent!

We put a kitchen in our apartment 6 years earlier but so much was not up to standard that we needed to replace the whole thing. I remembered Mal Corboy's name from winning an award some time earlier so chose to use his design. He managed to incorporate wood etc that existed in the living area. All finishing was of a very high standard and the Corian bench really set it off.

Mal Corboy and his team have been absolutely fantastic in assisting my family with our new kitchen in Auckland. The property concerned is an apartment we seldom visit, therefore it was great to have a professional who would go the extra mile and assist with meeting tradespeople and other suppliers on site as we simply weren't able to be there. Mal has a great understanding of his client needs and is more than happy to take on our own ideas and make them better with his creative flair and master touch. A commenté : upper cabinetsI’ve been doing these for years. They do open up towards the ceiling. I use a Blum Servo Drive with restrictors. I design cabinets to give the illusion of going to the ceiling.
