This project was complicated since it was a renovation and major expansion of a Napa Valley property which suffered fire damage in the 2017 Atlas Peak fire. In addition the site has significant topography where landscaping is used to stabilize the slopes. Marion Landscaping did an great job knitting the remaining landscaping to the new landscaped areas which included a succulent garden, a new herb garden and a number of new olive trees. All the irrigation was new. Marion was able to meet the project budget and tight construction schedule.

Great customer service, attentive team leaders and they really listen to their clients wants and needs. Also the most affordable bid! I would recommend them to a friend in an instant - and have!

I have never written a review of a business before, but want to write one about Marion Landscaping because the owner went far above and beyond what most would do to ensure the work was done beautifully and to meet my “high” expectations. The first project involved designing and landscaping our entire front yard which also included replacing our cement driveway as well as stonework inset into the driveway and matching stonework lining the front of the house and entryway. The second project involved designing our backyard, all landscaping, new lawn, running underground gas lines for both a stone fire pit and barbecue, constructing a custom cement surround seating around the fire pit, constructing a barbecue surround utilizing a variety of many different stones also encompassing an outdoor refrigerator, and constructing two stone patios all with custom lighting. Words I would use to describe Marion Landscaping are Excellence and Quality - but most of all TRUST. The owner proved over and over again that he was a man of his word and his main focus was ensuring the customer was happy.

I've worked with Marion Landscaping for almost 20+ years. He is consistent in his product delivery, clean fine work, and with a price that matches his fine work. IF I had a complaint, it would simply be that because he is sought after for his work, he his busy, and can sometimes start a day or two later than agreed to. I suspect that would not be an issue for a homeowner, but it can be frustrating on the Contractor side.
