We just completed a six figure remodel with Mark, and I’ll pause to explain how our experience went. I was very well versed in the typical problems to be expected with a residential remodel. The lack of urgency by contractors, extra expenses, and blown deadlines. Those expected inconveniences alone were enough to make me put this remodel off for several years in dread. Then we met Mark. We received 4 bids for the job, and in the end, selected Mark’s. He was certainly not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. What stood him apart from the rest was his spectacular service, agreeable disposition, and was overall a tremendous value. During the project, we learned that Mark has above average quality sub-contractors. I am a very detail oriented individual and it was refreshing to see contractors that pay attention to the small things. They were also on time and regular. Mark is also very handy himself and personally did some of the work. Our remodel spanned 5 months, and Mark was here almost every day. He was also very responsive to our everchanging plans. I lost count of how many change orders we had, but we kept making them because Mark did things so well, and we wanted more. Our kitchen project ended up being half our house by the time it was over and we do not regret a single part of it. I especially appreciated the fact that of the few times we did have to point out something we did not like, Mark was very responsive and quick to remediate the situation in good spirits. Make sure his A team subcontractors are available though. If they are not, be patient and wait until they are. Good people are hard to find, but Mark has found them. The work performed completely transformed our home, and we have received countless comments about it. We would use Mark again, and I would recommend him to another homeowner.

We hired Mark through out Interior Designer and were extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness of Mark's work. Our scope of work included complete renovation of master bath, guest bath, custom closets in master and work in three bedrooms. Mark was in contact on a daily basis to keep us informed of progress and timelines. He personally participated in the renovations, and was on site almost everyday. We could not have asked for a better and more responsive working relationship with a contractor. I would highly recommend the services of Montgomery Contracting. We will definitely utilize Mark's services again.

Mark was a great help in our second story addition as well as master bedroom and kitchen remodel. He provided professional help and recommendations along the process. He was onsite almost everyday and on the days he was not, he was in communication with us to let us know what was to be done . His subcontractors were very professional and friendly and kept the project as clean as possible which helped as we lived in the house throughout the entire project. My wife and I have been planning for years to update the house. When we finally got around to it we wanted to make sure it was done right. Based on website reviews and word of mouth we picked Mark to do the work. It was a great experience and Mark was there all the way to help us. His team did A+ quality work but most of all he ways always accessible when we had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Mark and now consider him a friend.

We are very pleased with the remodeling work done on our kitchen, dining, and living areas. Mark Montgomery was on-budget, on-schedule, and on-time. He was always available via email, text, and phone to answer our questions. He showed up frequently to monitor the progress and kept us updated on the upcoming work to be done. His attention to detail is refreshing and his follow-up was appreciated. At several points during the renovation, he gave us valuable suggestions that helped to steer us in the right direction. He is knowledgeable, personable, and patient, and his sub-contractors were professional in their work and cleaned up afterward.

I love my kitchen. We expanded the pantry with a barn door entrance, incorporated a larger 48" built fridge, made adjustments to the current cabinetry, created a coffee center, and took the prior multi-level island out and created a huge single level island with farmhouse copper sink. The quality of work was outstanding and the professionalism was top notch by all those involved. I am so happy with all the changes! Thank you for making this project stress free. Montgomery Contracting did an outstanding job for us. We started out just remodeling kitchen but then project grew into updating all of house except bedrooms. Montgomery Contracting has an outstanding reputation and we know why. Project finished on time and budget. Mark, the owner, did everything he said he was going to do plus more. I trusted him completely. He has the best subs in the Dallas fort worth area. They made excellent suggestions along the way. Mark put us in touch with Kim Akers, a designer. Together they made our project beautiful.

Mark was hard-working, fair, and professional at every phase of our project. He did a great job managing our second-story addition, even when we added extra remodel jobs downstairs, always communicating in writing about costs and details. Mark and his subcontractors were on time, courteous, and cleaned up the work site well. We're thrilled with how our home turned out. Our family and friends who visit agree that it is top-notch work. We would recommend Mark to anyone seeking a contractor.

We had Mark Montgomery remodel 2 bathrooms, a dressing area, the Master Bedroom, Utility Room, and paint the outside of the house. Everything turned out beautiful and we are very pleased with the work. He has great subcontractors who know what they are doing.

We've been in our house 24 years and it was time to refresh. I have nothing but good things to say about Montgomery Contracting and our remodel experience. Every room downstairs was touched in some way, and we lived upstairs during the 3 1/2 month remodel. New doors & drawers in the kitchen, a new, larger island with electricity, moved the fridge to a different wall, added granite to countertop, improved lighting and flooring throughout the downstairs, and painted and textured walls. It's a lovely and functional space with a much better flow. Basically gutted the master bath: relocated the shower to a much larger, lighter space, closed off one door and widened another, removed the penisula style sinks and mirrors and replaced with one long, well lighted vanity with 2 sinks. The bathroom seems so much bigger now. Mark was communicative, punctual, and brought in outstanding subs. He and his crews work with integrity. Yep, we are pleased with the end result.

Mark was very professional from the beginning and was able to work with my wife who is a bit of a perfectionist. (yes she saw me write this) We talked with him describing what we wanted and he came back with what we had pictured. We had him put a second floor over our kitchen and garage which gave us a large gameroom, bedroom, bathroom and storage closet. Mark was on site everday that workers were here. All work done was permitted and inspected. The contractors he used were professional and courteous at all times. We did run in to some difficulties, like a strong thunderstorm shortly after the roof was removed, Mark called and came by to make sure nothing was damaged. The job was finished in about the time projected. We did go over the estimated cost because of changes we made. I would recomend Montgomery Contracting to any one looking for an addition or remodel.
