Successful entrepreneur, founder of MarquisCabinets.ca, Edward has mastered the art of custom cabinetry, and interior architecture, working with both builders and residential home owners for over 35 years. His work can be found in the many affluent neighborhoods of Toronto, including Forest Hill, Rosedale, and Hoggs Hollow, in addition to the prominent cottage country properties of Haliburton and the Muskoka’s. His talents have extended as far as the Caribbean, where he worked on several projects, within Turks and Caicos, Island of Providenciales. Edward’s passion started at a very young age when he first discovered his appreciation for wood and specifically, custom furniture design. From there his imagination grew, and he expanded his craftsmanship in designing customized, unique home furniture, kitchens and vanities, and even wine cellars, for his most refined clientele.
A talented and creative interior designer, Alene has a decade of experience under her belt in both residential and commercial interior design - projects ranging from Custom Home Design all the way to Dental and Medical Office Design. She prides herself on customer care and service, and is always prepared for any design challenge. Working closely with various architects and engineers, has allowed her to gain valuable experience in obtaining permits for new construction in both commercial and residential developments. Alene is skilled in AutoCAD and preparing technical detailed plans, as well as finding the right paint colour to complete any room. In addition to her talents in technical design, she has experience in working with various different materials, from fabrics to stone and tile, and interior to exterior material selection. She will help you solve any design dilemma and be at your side every step of the way.
