Cashman Interior Design has experience in designing “room-scapes” for entire homes to just one room that needs refreshing. “Our clients often need guidance in developing their style, and our knack for listening to their needs and wishes, along with our experience, helps us to help them see their design come to life.” Mary Cashman, Owner of Cashman Interior Design, has long standing relationships with contractors and talented trades people in all design fields. Whether you want to freshen up a room with new textiles like curtains and bedding and rugs or have your entire home’s interior designed from scratch, C.I.D. has the experience and skill to manage the process with hands-on service each step of the way. Mary has had a long and successful career in the broadcast industry. From designing advertising campaigns for hundreds of clients large and small, including managing budgets and timelines and negotiating supplier costs to writing scripts, staging scenes and styling and directing television commercials, Mary has had a hand in the visual arts for many years. Mary was just wonderful to work with. I had never hired an interior designer before, but Mary made it so enjoyable and fun. Her ideas were wonderful, and our condo came out perfect! We got along so well, I'm almost sad to see the project completed. We will miss Mary!

Mary Cashman is a talented interior designer. No job is too big or too small for her and she is such a professional. Mary helped me find the perfect colors for my condo in Boston and I will definitely be using her services in the future. She also gave me some incredible design suggestions that I will be incorporating as well. I highly recommend Mary!!

This was the second project I hired Mary Cashman for. She completely understood our vision for the project, and worked within our budget parameters. She found us a great contractor . Most importantly we moved in on our target date. The house has received many compliments from our guests. We would definitely hire her again.

Cashman Interior Design renovated my beach home....Mary is fantastic....handling everything from paint colors to furniture to accents including all the coordination with contractors. We had a couple of initial meetings to review vision, budget, etc.....and within just a few weeks my space was transformed...on time and on budget. Couldn't be happier!

Cashman Design, planned our design and oversaw the implementation of their work, in our retail showroom and arranged for personnel to film the finished product. The result was used in a new advertising campaign. We are more than pleased with the outcome and have received many favorable comments. They understood what we were looking for and worked closely with us, showing us new ways of thinking about our product presentation, that got us the most exposure for our dollars. We are undertaking a minor remake at this time and are counting on their input for this project. We found them professional and knowledgeable.

Mary helped me decorate my newly built home so it now has that look that says "beautiful, rich, elegant yet comfortable". She scoured web sites, new furniture stores and furniture consignment stores and fabric stores to find items that worked with the rugs and other pieces I was moving over from my prior house bearing in mind the style of house and always with an eye toward making a cohesive setting. It's all lovely and it would have taken me years to accomplish the finished look that Mary created in a few weeks. Mary's a courteous professional and I enjoyed all my interactions with her. In fact, I plan to use her again at my next place.

Mary Cashman is not only a very talented and creative Interior Designer and a consummate professional, but she is also a complete joy to work with. She listens carefully to her clients and gives each one exactly what he/she is hoping for, making suggestions along the way, but never imposing her own tastes or preferences on a project. She works very hard for her clients and is always available to them. Mary has an intuitive eye and her design sense is impeccable and innovative.

Mary has a wonderful eye for the big picture of a project. She is able to offer architectural suggestions that make a space more pleasing and workable. She has a wonderful sense of design and can put together colors, fabrics, and accents to bring out the best of a space while keeping it comfortable and user friendly. She is easy to work with and listens to the customers ideas to create the look and feel that they had in mind. She is also able to offer suggestions that might work better without judgement. She has a remarkable ability to furnish a space that is not only pleasing to the eye but is also comfortable and workable. Mary spends a great amount of time searching through her vast network of vendors to find just the right items for the space she is working on. Her friendly and courteous manner as well as her skills make her a wonderful choice for an interior designer to create the perfect space for your taste and needs.
