Promise Landscape

We, Andrea Schmidt, ASLA, Craig Foote, CLT and Mary Loonam, have worked as a team creating residential outdoor spaces for the past fifteen years. After working together in a prominent northern VA Landscape company for many years, we decided to create our own vision and start a new full service design/build landscape company, Promise Landscape. We each bring a unique prospective to the company that is held together by our common goals of creating inspiring exclusive outdoor spaces and trusting relationships with our clients. Andrea Schmidt, ASLA, Landscape Designer, earned her bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech. Her background in design as well as her experience in construction enables her to develop creative and functional spaces. Andrea's designs are installed and perfected by Craig Foote, CLT, Production Manager. Craig obtained his education at Michigan State University in Landscape and Nursery. He has refined his skills and craftsmanship as well as gained much practical knowledge working in the landscape construction industry for over two decades.
