We worked with Matrix Construction to do a complete remodel of a kitchen and bathroom in our last house in EGR. We had doorways, water lines, electric lines, plumbing and windows removed, relocated and replaced. It was a complicated process which included redoing brick work outside. The project also required some very detailed woodworking, cabinet installation and finish work. Todd and his crew were wonderful to work with! We have worked with other companies on previous remodels and appreciated the difference working with Todd. Before we started, Todd went over every detail and by the time we signed the contract, we knew what to expect. He was onsite every day and always available by phone. His workers were very careful to protect the rest of the house from construction dust and cleaned up at the end of every day. There were no surprises budget wise and they were on schedule. Most important, we felt Todd was very involved personally on our project and cared about the job each person was doing and our satisfaction! When I couldn't find the paint color for the kitchen, which needed retouching after 10 years; all I had to do was call his office and they had the color on file! We contacted him last year about a small job; some drywall repair and painting and he had the job done for us within a week! Todd is a great person and has wonderful people working for him. We have tremendous respect for his work and recommend using Matrix Construction for any work you might be considering if you want it done superbly!

I have used Matrix for several projects with satisfaction. I received lots of individual attention which, in a busy resort area, is not always the case. Mr. Needham, the owner, is "hands on".
