Over two years ago my wife and I set out on a mission to remodel the key components of our house (the bathrooms and the kitchen) We knew that this was going to be a long and arduous task as most remodels are. After searching long and wide for a contractor, Matt came to our house in October of 2021 (I had met with at least a half a dozen other contractors prior to meeting him). Matt spent almost two hours at our house listening to what we were trying to accomplish. After this initial meeting I was pretty much convinced that this was the guy for the job. As far as price was concerned I had sought estimates from several other contractors after meeting Matt and when I reviewed all the estimates that I had received his was more or less in the middle of the pack. While price was always a concern, at that juncture, I just knew he was the right contractor for us, and boy was I right. After completing a master bedroom bathroom and hallway bathroom in early 2022 for us - Matt went on to complete a total kitchen/downstairs remodel. The project began in the middle/end of August of 2022. The job wrapped up by late winter 2023. The results were beyond what my wife and I could have imagined. The difference with Matt was that him and his crew were some of the nicest people to work with on a daily basis. There is no doubt in my mind that Matt probably questioned taking on our job with the amount of questions and concerns I had, but each and every day, Matt came to the table with solutions and ideas that only enhanced our project. He was patient and easy to deal with and never got mad at you or questioned why you were asking this or that. Moreover, he treated his crew responsibly and with dignity. I don't think one truly understands how many details go into a job like this until they are fully invested into it, despite trying to be prepared as much as possible. When it came to timeliness, Matt didn't disappoint. He came on time each day, and if he wasn't coming that particular day or if there was a change in the schedule he'd text or call you to let you know. If he said he was going to be here at 8am. He'd be here at 7:45am. He never left you hanging. His communication was second to none and that's what made the project so much more pleasant. I honestly can't think of anything that went poorly. Yes, issues come up, which is normal, but Matt was always there with his years of experience to come up with sound solutions. At the end of the day, my family has a new, comfortable and (in our opinion) modern kitchen that will be with us for years to come. We can't thank Matt enough for all the time and energy he put into our project. If you are thinking of embarking on a kitchen, bathroom, or whole house remodel, Matt is your man. You won't be disappointed.

Matt, his crew and his subcontractors were nothing short of a class act. Matt met with us several times before we started our renovation, as a new homeowner we had a bunch of questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him or asking stupid questions. We eventually decided to move forward with him after speaking with a few other people, we just felt very comfortable having him in our home and his pricing was very fair for what we were looking to do. We hit a bunch of snags along the way with unexpected issues, structural changes, heating system breaking down in the middle of the project, a plumbing nightmare and even needing a new electrical panel. Every time an issue popped up I was quick to panic but Matt kept us at ease and promised things would work out. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of like these horror stories you hear about contractors changing prices and coming up with "extras" along the way. We actually ended up having Matt do a ton of "extras" for us that were not part of the original plan and he was very fair with the pricing as we came up with new ideas. Speaking of ideas, we had originally planned for our new bathroom to be a traditional flat ceiling, once it was framed out at the last second we asked if the ceiling could remain vaulted. Without hesitation Matt made the changes, we had our architect make the adjustment and our bathroom couldn't have came out any better. Matt's crew (Jose, Pete & Andres) were great. They were on time if not early every day, they cleaned up so nicely at the end of every work-day and we felt comfortable having them in our home. The sub-contractors were also great, the plumbers, electrician and spackle/painter exceeded our expectations and were also a pleasure to work with throughout the project. The cabinet and appliance wholesaler he directed us to were also amazing! Matt, Lena and I are truly grateful for everything you did for us and I will be sure to recommend you, your team and subcontractors to anyone that I know who you could help! Thanks again!

This is long overdue but I was waiting to have furniture in my space before posting pics. My husband and I hired Matt to finish our unfinished 1,000 sf basement in the beginning of 2021. The space was bare-boned and Matt transformed it into a two-room (den/office + home gym) space and also finished our stairway. We are so happy with how it came out and only have positive things to say about Matt. This was our first true home project, so we had a lot of questions and were often indecisive. Matt was very patient with us, even when we changed direction on our ideas. Matt was also one of the most reasonably priced contractors we talked to prior to starting the project. And it is worth noting that we were doing our project throughout the height of covid while there were supply shortages and price surges. Matt never adjusted our contract pricing despite having increased costs for himself. Overall working with Matt was a great experience and we would definitely contact him again for our next project.

Matt was the best contractor I have ever used! His expertise is exceptional. He paid attention to every detail and did the work on time and whenever I needed to reach him, he made himself available even though he is so busy! My kitchen came out exceptional and he always knew the right thing to do. He made sure everything was perfect and he thought of things I never would have! I can't say enough about how happy I am with his workmanship!

When I looking to renovate my Kitchen, I interviewed 7 different contactors and Matt was recommended by a tile company I previously used. Hiring Matt and his team was one of the best decisions we’ve made. After years of researching and doing our due diligence, we knew from our first conversation and meeting, that Matt was not only an expert in his field, he understood what we wanted, what we needed, and he brought that vision with his knowledge, and created a masterpiece. Space was an issue, we live in a small split level and the kitchen was a galley kitchen, so space was a constraint, so we thought. The design team brought our dream of openness, function and storage, to life. His team was prompt, professional, always cleaned when leaving, and simply the most respectful group of people. We had called a few contractors to build our dream kitchen, however, as soon as we met Matt, we knew he was THE ONE! He noticed things and made suggestions that others did not. We could tell when first meeting him that his attention to detail was exceptional and he did not disappoint. Given that we're perfectionists, this was no easy task. We embarked on this construction 3 months into the COVID epidemic and he was sensitive to our fears and concerns. He and his crew were hard working and polite and never failed to show-up timely each day. He was extremely easy to work with and he was always willing to be flexible and make adjustments, while arriving at some creative ways to deal with unexpected issues. His price was very fair and he didn't nickel and dime us like so many other contractors. We're so glad we hired Matt to renovate our kitchen. He did a fantastic job and we would not hesitate to hire him again for any other renovation.
