We encourage the philosophy of green building, promoting the recycling and re-use of existing building components, the specification of green materials and processes, and the implementation of energy efficient equipment and systems. We have worked closely with Ned White and his team on a variety of design projects - the last being a large remodel of our Tahoe home. The eye for design, attention to detail and thought process behind how we were really going to use the home moving forward proved to put an innovative as well as extremely useful design in place for us. We love their work!

We hired McCoppin to redesign our kitchen and living space. Ned met with us and interpreted our ideas into beautiful drawings. He was knowledgable, creative, responsive and very easy to work with. Our project included a total kitchen remodel including tearing down two walls. We would recommend McCoppin Studios for your next project.

McCoppin Studios did a great job on a very extensive remodel to our home in Palo Alto. They took our objectives (make the house lighter and more modern) and ran with them, coming up with concepts to raise ceilings upstairs and add skylights, add a gorgeous nanawall door that improved flow to backyard. They are unusual in that they are a small firm that tackled all elements of the job - dealing with really detailed stuff like the lighting and plumbing schedules and making sure that everything got ordered properly to the broad concepts like overall flow and layout. They were responsive to our feedback and we got to a result we are very happy with. Highly recommend.
