MLM was so quick to respond to all of our disaster recovery needs. I’ve never dealt with a contractor that did such quality work with such cleanliness and attention to detail. We were very lucky to have MLM make our home whole again with very little worry and in a timely manner.

The work that MLM Construction did for a family member was absolutely superb. They completed the job on time and the quality of work was top notch. They were responsive when I called to get someone to take a look at the project I needed fixed (hurricane damage to my home) and they were professional, always getting back to me in a timely manner, and were always friendly. They went above and beyond with fixing the wrought iron fence, and I was really appreciative of what they did. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.

We were very hesitant to select a contractor to renovate our home in Metairie, since we did not have a pleasant experience building our home in 2014. We interviewed over 7 contractors, and when we met Machi, we just knew that MLM was the one we had to hire. They really understood what we wanted and kept our budget in mind. They communicated so well throughout the whole process through their app and through our project manager, Katherine. Katherine really took the time to listen to what we wanted and tried to find the best solutions for our project. She checked in daily and answered every call/text we sent. The whole team at MLM and their amazing subcontractors made this very stressful renovation so effortless for us. Even though our project was smaller than most, we still felt like they cared about each step and took their time to complete everything accurately and did not cut corners. They worked very quickly and efficiently and they were even finished our project ahead of schedule… which we know is very rare in the construction industry! We would recommend MLM to anyone looking to renovate their home and will 100% use them again in the future.

I can't express how thankful I am for Machi at MLM, Inc. From day 1, he was responsive to my questions, texts, and calls. He'd offer valuable feedback as necessary and it was extremely obvious from the beginning that his first concern was that of the customer. After a lot of research we decided to reach out to MLM. We chatted with Machi at the Pontchartrain Home Show and immediately had a good vibe. He provided us with multiple quotes for different renovation scenarios and was always available to share his thoughts on how to take things to the next level. Shortly after we had given the go ahead Covid happened, causing our project to come to a halt. MLM was flexible during this time and never pressured us. Once we felt comfortable to start up the project again, everyone at MLM made sure everything happened according to plan. Initially renovation was scheduled for 10 weeks but we were pleased to see it all wrapped up in 7 weeks. Their app allows you access to the schedule, your expenses and progress through daily logs. On a very regular basis either Machi or your project manager is on site and communication was always open. We could not have asked for a better outcome, this is the kitchen of our dreams.

MLM Incorporated recently completed a relatively major remodeling project in our home, which included a complete kitchen and guest bathroom remodel, replace flooring throughout our 2-story home and also repaint the entire interior. Machi’s attention to detail is what impressed me the most during the 3 1/2 month project. I have a very high attention to detail and Machi even surpassed me with his drive and desire to do things right. Machi was not content until we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the project. It was also obvious that Machi demands the same high expectations from each of the various crafts on his team that were involved with the project. In addition, MLMs price was very competitive with multiple other contractors in our area. We have a master bathroom remodel planned in the near future and we will not hesitate to have Machi and his crew handle that project also.

I interviewed 6 contractors. I picked MLM because they were the most professional and organized. I got a detailed summary everyday of the completed work. I never had to worry about the crew being onsite. We had a pretty big renovation and it came out as good as we could have hoped for.

I moved into this house less than a year ago and have had a ton of problems. The house looked beautiful but I have found they cut corners everywhere they could. Floor boards are coming up. Several drains continue to back up. The posts on the deck are already splitting all the way up. Many of the windows are missing balance hardware and are not properly secured. The roof was installed without adequate ventilation and has huge gaps between the walls and the roof. The outlets in the house kept tripping breakers. The AC blows so hard in two of the bedrooms that you can’t sleep in there. I have been in construction for 25 years and this is clearly a rush job with little quality control. The owner is patronizing and has responded to my complaints with responses like “user error”. He told me if the rooms are too cold then leave the doors open. He claims the AC was “open air balanced”. This translates to he did not install dampers so the system is not balanced. His own AC contractor said he needed to install dampers but he refused. I had to spend $10,000 to fix the ventilation, AC, and roof gaps. It met code but it was terrible work. The subs have been responsive but anything that falls on MLM directly becomes a fight. I smashed both my thumbs trying to open the windows. I sent pictures and he is still delaying the repairs. I highly suggest looking elsewhere or at least micro managing their work.

Great attention to detail. Always felt as though my project manager, Craig, kept me informed of progress and next steps. Their mobile app is very helpful with keeping all communication transparent and available. Love how my bathroom turned out! Highly recommend MLM.

Can't say enough how happy we are with the results of our whole home renovation! All the way through the initial planning stage, vendor suggestions, construction and final punch list, Machi and his team took amazing care of us. At the start of our project, my wife and I interviewed 10 different contractors and as soon as we met Machi we knew he was the one. We were immediately impressed by his attention to detail caching and suggesting things we had either missed in our planning or would have never thought about. I've been through this enough times to know that attention to detail saves time and money as the project develops. I hope we get the opportunity to use MLM in the future!

We had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom down into our living room, which required repairs to sheetrock, painting, replacing all vinyl plank flooring in the living room, master bedroom, dining room, and foyer; repairing upstairs bathroom, including sheetrock and plumbing repair, replacing vanity and painting. We decided to have them replace the carpeting upstairs with similar flooring as down, and replace the carpet on the stairs. We then added repair to sheetrock in the master bedroom, and painting of that room, the dining room, foyer, stairwell, and upstairs hall. All of this was done during the Covid-19 shut-down! Craig and his crew worked diligently to get most of this accomplished in a timely manner so that we would not have to be in a hotel for too long. I cannot say enough for how professional, patient, and concerned Craig was through all of this. He gave us constant updates and returned calls promptly. We always felt in the loop. His crew did an excellent job with everything, esp., the flooring, sheetrock, and painting! Our next big project is our kitchen, and we will definitely call MLM.

We totally gutted a bathroom to make it handicap. Very professional and knowledgeable, showing up every day. They took my ideas and wishes and made them a beautiful reality! I did go over budget because I made the decision to use a couple of my high end choices. Anna, was great at finding many less expensive choices that gave me the same look I wanted. Yes, I am going to use them again for remodeling my kitchen, and several other projects planned. Machi, Anna, and Craig were exceptional to work with, and will make your project stress free.

Machi and his crew did a fantastic job with our master bathroom make over. It was a very tiny bathroom and a closet was turned into a large walk in shower. We have not had any problems with his work. Not only were they friendly but, very professional. However, I don' t recall the year it was done. Either 2016 or 2017 completion.

MLM renovated a bathroom and re-tiled my front steps. Their workers were always on time, and at the end of each day, I was emailed a log of what tasks were completed that day and what jobs would be tackled the next day. Both projects turned out beautifully, and I've had several compliments from family and friends.

I sincerely recommend MLM. The selection process of materials can be trying and you are on your own to make the choices. Once construction starts, the subcontractors and daily oversight are excellent. The finished product is worth the wait.

MLM was the only contractor to follow through with providing me a quote on a fairly small job that involved repairing water damage to my downstairs. I felt the job was quoted fairly and accurately. More importantly they provided everything promised in a timely fashion. I am beyond pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

I had a leaky shower that destroyed the wooden floors in two rooms and required mold remediation and a major master bedroom/bathroom renovation. I was leery after having another contractor botch a previous reno. Finding MLM on Houzz, I loved their work, but doubted they would cater to a homeowner in the same way that their corporate customers raved about them. I'm so happy to say I was wrong. We had a slow start because of holidays and other commitments. But once they got rolling, from start to finish, Wayne, Anna, Machi, Craig, and Nissan were awesome. They communicated with me, made sure any concerns were addressed, and most importantly, did a FANTASTIC job with the renovation. It was a smooth and stress-free experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor, even with small jobs.

We took on remodeling both of our upstairs bathrooms at the same time; an adventurous task to say the least. From the onset of the projects, the organization, communication and professionalism MLM managed the effort with was outstanding. Their staff was accessible, friendly and knowledgeable and were a pleasure to have in our home. During the planning and design phase, the conversations were open-ended. This allowed my wife and I to incorporate our vision along with options we hadn't considered that Machi and his staff brought to the table. At the commencement of construction we were assigned Craig as our dedicated project manager. Craig was accessible, friendly and on top of every detail with the work and upcoming scheduling. Each worker involved in the project carried the same level of professionalism and attention to detail and represented MLM seamlessly. Quite often contractors lead you to feeling as though they are doing you a favor handling your projects. This was not the case with Machi and his MLM staff. At every point we felt like they respected us trusting them with our home and that our satisfaction was all that mattered. From Anna and Monique in the office to Craig managing the project, the responsiveness to our calls and questions was impeccable. The workers throughout the project were also punctual and meticulous in their work and were respectful of being in your home. Each of these two bathroom remodels presented separate challenges and each was completed beyond our expectations. We absolutely love our new bathrooms and we will definitely look to MLM for future remodel projects.

I found Machi through houzz, and chose MLM after meeting with a couple of other contractors. I had a major home renovation done on a duplex with 2 bathrooms being re-done, 2 kitchens (1 of which was also relocated), interior painting, exterior siding repairs and painting, building a deck, and floor refinishing. Machi and his team kept me informed along the way using their online system, which made communication of progress easier. MLM ensured that in the end I will be satisfied with the outcome. Despite the normal challenges of a major project, in the end I am happy with the way it turned out, and MLM was instrumental in making my house an enjoyable space to live in and a solid long-term investment.

After interviewing several contractors and getting their estimates, we decided to hire MLM to totally renovate our New Orleans French Quarter condo. We are so glad we did! From the beginning, MLM exhibited the highest level of professionalism, organization, and expertise. Whereas other companies told us they could do the project without permits (red flag), MLM insisted that we have all necessary permits before beginning work. Meanwhile, I filled out a spreadsheet detailing all my choices in flooring, light fixtures, cabinets, paint colors, etc. MLM would only begin actual work after these decisions were made so that the job could progress without interruption. Once work commenced, we followed progress on Builder Trend. We were able to see through photos and a daily log what was done each day. No decisions were made without our written approval. I was even asked to choose between a round and a square shower drain! When necessary, we were asked to meet with the contractor onsite to make various decisions. I am not a designer or interior decorator, so I often deferred to Machi and Anna’s experience in certain decisions. It was Machi who suggested that we have the bathroom faucets and light fixtures attached to the mirror. Andrew suggested the layout of the floor tiles. My husband is vehemently opposed to renovations of any kind. However, upon the successful completion of this project, he suggested that we renovate our bathroom in our Ponchatoula home! It is totally without reservation that we recommend the team at MLM for any type of renovation or construction project

I cannot say enough good things about MLM, their staff and subcontractors. They were always very professional and courteous. We have now used MLM to do two great projects in our home. Our first project was our master bathroom and it is truly a show piece. Years later, the quality of work has held up and we are just as happy today as we were 4 years ago. Most recently, MLM helped us with our living room/dining room and did a great flooring project for us. Not only did the project go flawlessly, but it went ahead of schedule. MLM and their entire team are professionals and work with some of the best contractors we have ever had. We are already planning for our next project with them. They are fantastic communicators and they stay within their quotes and timeline. I could not recommend them more.

Sales team was very competent. They took the time to understand the scope of my renovation project. We went through several iterations of the cost estimate prior to signing the contract to ensure that the contract appropriately captured the work scope. This resulted in ZERO change orders during the installation. The installation crew was very professional and courteous. They worked to ensure minimal interruption to our daily routine during the renovation. They completed the renovation within the communicated schedule, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. In general, we are very pleased with the finished product. We are considering a subsequent phase to our renovation, and we have already reached out to MLM for preliminary budgets. My only issue with the project is that the take-off for some of the material was grossly over-estimated. Because it was a custom order, the vendor will not credit the leftover material. So, I am left to deal with eight boxes of manufactured stone. Also, one instance where the project manager clearly was not in communication with the installation crew and wasn't aware of what was going on on the project. This was very minor, though, as I was in routine communication with the installation crew.

We converted a near 100-year-old shotgun double to a single family home. There were some problems and unexpected hiccups along the way (again, very old house) but Machi and his crew handled everything in a professional and friendly manner. Machi even made some design suggestions that wound up working really well for us. The job took a few months longer than expected and we did have some minor issues (mismatch facet pulls, exterior paint peeling on old shutters, a busted roof turbine); however, MLM rectified everything we brought to their attention. I have heard horror stories regarding projects this big, but MLM made our renovation relatively painless. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to several friends.

I hired MLM to remove a load bearing wall among other projects in my newly purchased home. The process was very transparent and all costs were upfront. I really enjoyed the use of the buildertrend app. The manager provided me with daily updates on the project and was very responsive to any changes I made to the project. Machi from MLM and his team were professional and great to work with from the first encounter. Within a few moments of being in our kitchen he was able to offer us realistic ideas, keeping within our budget, and steering us away from ideas that really weren’t worth it. The quality of work, responsiveness to our questions, concerns and changes as well as ability to stay within the timeframes we discussed are all reasons I would use their services again. A month following our close out of the project we noticed an appliance which had a small issue. The team immediately came out and fixed it. For an inconvenient renovation they did everything possible to minimize our inconvenience and we love our new space!

Pros: Project was completed close to estimated completion date, a only slightly over budget. Cons: Communication during the project struggled at times and would've been aided by note taking during project meetings. The major reason for 3 star review is that the work quality was inconsistent and lacked attention to detail. We have spent lot of time and money since renovation hiring other professionals to repair portions of the newly renovated areas within the 6-12 months of project completion.

MLM restored one of my condos in Baton Rouge after a fairly significant A/C leak from the unit above mine. They were both competent and professional, and communicated with me throughout the process. I wanted brick changes AFTER they had been placed already. Beyond belief, I called Machi, expressed my desires...and bam they were done!!! You talk about going above and beyond...well this is EXACTLY what I've experienced with MLM INCORPORATED as everything was done to perfection!!! Has to be...I'm a perfectionist with a type A personality. I truly, highly, and wholeheartedly recommend this company with every sense of my core. I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

Machi and MLM are in the process of doing a near total renovation of my home in the Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans. When I was getting bids for my project I felt like I was lucky enough to several excellent contractors to choose from, but I am very pleased that I selected MLM. Before I got started, I was very nervous about the scope of the project, and whether the contractors would understand the issues with working on a 120 (give or take) year old house. MLM has been very understanding about needing to preserve the character of the house while making the necessary updates and repairs. Specifically, my house is a barge board shotgun double that has been turned into a single, probably built about 1890. MLM is doing a number of things including constructing an interior sister wall next to the existing barge board wall, interior framing, adding a few closets and a laundry room, new kitchen and bathrooms, plumbing, updating electrical, HVAC, exterior repairs and painting, insulation and a new roof. Machi is extremely organized, and uses a very convenient project management software to keep me updated (keeps me up to date with a calendar, daily logs, pictures, messages, selections, documents, etc.). He has had me work closely with Ingrid Adrianza, of Adria Designs, who has been extremely helpful with turning my rough ideas into a polished plan. The project is only part way finished, but I am amazed at how quickly things have been progressing. I can’t wait to see the finished product! Update: Well, the house turned out fantastic! I am so pleased with how top - quality everything is. I'm very proud to call it home now! Machi has continued to make sure that I am happy with all aspects of the house. He is much more of a perfectionist than I am, and paid attention to all the details. It is truly more than I asked for.

We had a great experience with Machi and his whole company. The gutted a bathroom down to the studs, and put in a beautiful bathtub, Frameless galls enclosed shower, marble floors, walls, and countertop, and sink, etc. We were thrilled. We thought we knew what we wanted but when we followed Machi's advice, we found his ideas were better. These guys are good.

These people are "Fantastic"!! I have an older home that really needed renovation. MLM's quote was within my budget plus the suggestions meant a lot to me. I had planned on removing some of the original details but Machi one of the managers said "no" and I really respect that. Nick was the on hands manager who was exceptional. I know I was unbearable at times but after dealing with the Katrina chaos and horrible contractors I was on guard. But Nick the Tech's and Monique (office manager) were very professional and respectful. The job was recently completed and "I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT"!!! I highly recommend this company!!!

MLM, Machi, Nick, and Wayne did a great job for us. Recommendations for Electrical (Blanch Electrical) and Cabinet(French Quarter Facades) subcontractors exceeded our expectations. We are delighted with the ultimate finished product of our kitchen. We received daily email and text communication on the progress. Everyone was very responsive to our requests and changes. The project was finished on time. We lived in the house during the renovation and MLM was very considerate to arrive and finish up on time with minimal Saturday work days. We have recommended MLM to friends and would not hesitate to hire them again for another project. *after project was finished and paid in full MLM was still quick to respond to a small punch list item that I noticed and brought to their attention.

Our home renovation project included adding a staircase into an existing hallway so we had better access to our second floor. Additionally, a half bath was converted into a full bath on the second floor. We changed the flooring on the second floor to hardwood, and we changed the lighting on the second floor to recessed lighting. We took out closets and added closets in 2 rooms upstairs. In order to build the staircase, three windows on the first level were filled in so the stairs could hug the exterior wall. The ceiling was changed as needed (the original ceiling was dome shaped and lower around the sides), and new lighting was added since we lost the light from the windows. A new Master Bedroom door was framed with the installation of french doors. The hallway, our Master Bed/Bath, and the entire second floor was repainted. A shower, new sink, mirrors, lighting, shelving, tile, shower unit, and toilet were installed in the new full bath on the second floor. The work area (and the rest of our home) was kept very clean throughout the duration of this project. This project stayed on the projected timeline 100%, even with change orders that came up during the process. Every worker from the owner of the company to the project manager to the electricians, plumbers, painters, etc were wonderful to work with and were very kind to our entire family as we lived in the home during this project. One day, a worker helped me unload my groceries (without my asking). We were not inconvenienced at all, and any questions we asked were explained and answered immediately. Being that we do not have a renovation background at all, we felt that we understood the process each step of the way because the owner and the project manager took the time to explain things to us in a way we understood. Everyone was not only kind but extremely professional during this entire process. I would absolutely recommend this company and would absolutely use them for any home renovation projects as we move forward.

MLM Inc. renovated a circa 1850s Creole Cottage for us in the historic Algiers Point area of New Orleans from Spring to Fall of 2015. MLM provided high quality work consistent with what is expected of an historic renovation--often times going beyond the agreed scope to maintain and improve the integrity of the home. We found MLM to be highly responsive to our needs during this process while completing the work in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend MLM.

Partial Master Bath Remodel: Remove and rebuild shower and toilet area of a master bathroom due to leaks discovered under both; as well as repairing problems caused by a previous owner’s poor workmanship. This was a project that we were planning on doing in the near future, but became a necessity before we could save up the funds to do the entire job like we had planned. Called MLM to inquire if they were interested in looking at my project. First contact was with Machi Medrzycki, who seemed genuinely excited and interested in performing the work. Appointment was made to inspect the job; and he arrived at the time and date promised, on time; along with his project manager. They were both very attentive and listened to all of my plans, as well as some of the out of the ordinary ideas that I had. They were honest enough to agree, as well as disagree, with some of my plans while adding their own suggestions; and not just yes man salesman trying to get a job. Machi did not have any issues with doing any aspects of the project, both complete and partial; allowing me to do some of the finish work myself, as well as supply any items that I wished. Their quote was delivered on time as promised. Work and prices were quoted with extreme detail and incrementally. This really aided in both adding and subtracting parts of the work, being able to adjust the exactly what work was to be performed by them and myself; and especially during the project, when the unforeseeable issues inevitably crop up. Several changes and adjustments were made to the quote prior to the project being awarded. All changes were completed and emailed within 24 hours, and were all welcomed with graciousness. Work was started on time. Crews papered off all floor areas in the work area as well as all of their access routes; and sealed off entry ways for dust and noise issues. All personnel were polite, professional, and courteous; even asking permission to listen to a radio while working. Breaks were almost nonexistent, even to the point of me forcing them to stop and making them lunch on two occasions. When not needed on this project, project manager still stopped by several times per day to check progress and assist with any new issues. The inevitable unforeseen construction, electrical, and plumbing problems that were found as walls are opened up, were completed on a time and materials basis; all done at extremely reasonable prices. These charges were always discussed prior to work being performed, and were emailed the next day after they were completed. Project was completed to my satisfaction.

MLM has done a number of cosmetic repairs in our condo and we were very pleased with the results. Twice, we've incurred significant water damage that required extensive dry wall repairs to walls/ceiling - MLMs work was seamless and expeditiously performed both times.

MLM, Inc. transformed a wasted back porch space into a gorgeous spa-like bathroom overlooking fabulous centuries-old majestic oak trees. The marble walk-in shower is exquisite, wide plank porcelain flooring compliments it beautifully, and the entire room is inviting and chic. Machi is a very hands-on owner, overseeing his skillful staff and graciously accommodating us with some last minute changes we just couldn't live without!! His work is exemplary, finishing on time AND on budget!

We trusted them to repair cracks in the exterior stucco/concrete of our home. We ended up repairing the cracks and then putting a new coat of concrete/sand mix on the entire stucco like surface. They took care to determine the exact coating we had so they could get as close to the look we wanted, by having an analysis of the coating done. The crew came as scheduled and remained until the job was done. The job required that the coating be applied by hand in a rubbing fashion to get a modeled appearance. The supervisors were in contact with us and personally supervised the work on site. They were detail oriented and strived to provide excellent results while noting imperfections to be addressed which we had not seen. They had to do one wall several times to get the finish we wanted and which they felt was appropriate. They never complained and were happy to do what was necessary to get a good result. They left the site clean. And they were generally good, professional and nice people to work with.

I was always reluctant to find a contractor for my home after so many horror stories of no shows and added expenses. I was pleasantly surprised by MLM Inc. Machi and his staff were courteous, respectful and always cleaned up. His estimate was accurate as was the time frame. I had my kitchen redone along with the powder room and dining room and living room. I have no reservations recommending this company. I was so pleased that I am now getting my bathroom redone.

We hired MLM to do a total renovation on an investment property in New Orleans. In the pictures for MLM it is the St Peter house. The original timeline was met. The design ideas that the contractor had worked really well in this home and everyone who viewed the home loved it. I have recommended them to anyone who needs a renovation.

MLM did excellent work on our house. They are very professional & knowledgable. An exact itemized cost was provided every step of the way & was approved by us before work continued. Machi & his crew are trustworthy & can be allowed total access to your property to work at their own pace, which is fast & with detailed accuracy. We are currently at a stopping point in complete restoration of our 106 year old house, but MLM will definitely be the company we call to finish the job. MLM remodeled our small bathroom and did an excellent job. The work was completed absolutely on schedule and at the cost quoted. Machi was quite helpful to us in design and selection of tile, cabinets and other materials. We appreciated his design skills and the fact that we did not have to engage anyone else to perform that function. The work crew was professional and neat throughout the process, cleaning up before leaving each day. An overall very positive experience. We would not hesitate to call MLM again for other work.

MLM did a fantastic job both designing and renovating our master bathroom exactly the way we envisioned it. We were looking for a very modern and sleek bathroom look, and MLM was able to provide everything on our wish list within our budget. At the beginning of the process, we described the major wants that we were looking for, and MLM came back with a well thought out design plan down to the towel hanger. We had gotten other designs/quotes from various local contractors, and MLM was by far the best choice we could have made. The MLM team was always very professional, clean, and responsive to questions. Handling all change orders on the job were extremely easy and they did a great job always providing an update on the progress of the renovation. We would highly recommend MLM and will be using them again for our next design/renovation project this year!

I had Machi renovate our entire apartment in New Orleans and we lived in Philadelphia when it was happening. Of course we were nervous not being there to check the work but we soon found there was no need to be nervous. I wish we could bring MLM up to Philadelphia to do our place here. The quality of the work is outstanding. Machi was hands on through the entire renovation. He helped me plan the project and made excellent suggestions. No job was too big or too small. Great prices. This is the second major project in a year's time where we have used MLM. The first project was the total renovation of two bath rooms. They both were beautifully finished. The second project was the3 addition of a large screen porch on the rear of the house. The room is 22' X 22'. It has porcelain tile floors, ceiling fans, and can lights on a cathedral ceiling. Machi is very much a professional who stays in close contact with the owners. We recommended him to a neighbor who had him remodel a bathroom. They also were very satisfied.
