Missiato undertook an extension over two floors which included two bathrooms, two bedrooms, an office, utility room, a kitchen remodel, an RSJ, flooring throughout and carpeting. They were recommended to us by our architects. The management team of Missiato were involved from the beginning right to the very end. Missiato managed the whole project so we did not need a project manager and even proactively suggested several areas where we could reduce the cost. They demonstrated their ability to coordinate all aspects of the build, not just the basics; this included things like work on our oil boiler, laying patios, flooring and carpeting. Their communication was excellent and we were able to contact their management at any time of the day or night. The team on site were professional, tidy and good natured throughout.

Missiato completed a side return extension for our two bed terrace and we're so pleased we chose to go with them. The end result is fantastic, they exceeded our hopes and helped us love our house! We got introduced to Adamo and Luke from a common friend. Great team and our build was difficult due to drainange pipes which were not on any drawings. However, the Missiato team dealt with Wessex water and sorted all the issues. They finished the project and all the associated snagging professionally and upto a high standard.
