MJ's were excellent to deal with and did great work. We like most people find the lack of communication from trades one of the most frustrating parts of having people come in to do work. We can honestly say MJ's communication was excellent and at no point were we left wondering what was happening next and who or if anyone would show up. They were on time for the initial quote inspection and started on the day agreed and finished on schedule. The work they did was also of an excellent standard and they were more than happy to work in with us and any reasonable changes in plan. Work involved re-profiling the block, all pre-prep before new turf laid, garden beds built and prepared, stepping stones laid. Highly recommended!

Michael and Jacqui were professional throughout the consultation and landscaping process. They were very transparent in terms of their proposal and allowed room for adjustments during the landscaping work. Michael's work is second to none and I'd highly recommend his services to anyone that is considering renovating their backyard. MJ's went above and beyond to transform my once awkward yard into a completely usable space. His team smashed out the work in a few days and the end result is 100% what I was after. They were punctual every morning, provided an abundance of knowledge on horticulture and got the job done. It's a 10/10 from me!

The project was to build a retaining wall and pool fence on a particularly difficult uneven site. The MJ's team accepted the challenge and, together with building associates, have created a beautifully landscaped outdoor living area (with a pool fence) for us to enjoy. MJ's professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional, they always left the site tidy, all accounts were clear and itemised and they were very flexible when unexpected problems arose (such as bedrock and hidden wiring). I have no hesitation in recommending MJ's Landscapes & Gardens and am looking forward to their return for the next stage of my garden redesign.
