Our mission is to improve your home with the care and attention it deserves. MK Professional Building Services specialises in providing high quality home improvements, extensions and refurbishments. We have been in business for over 10 years. With a wide selection of building services, ranging from extensions, garages and loft conversions to tiling, plumbing and electrical works, we pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of work to our customers. We have many satisfied and returning customers because we provide an excellent customer service. We aim to give you the best possible product with our promise that every project goes as smoothly and stress-free as possible, no matter the size. We could not have been happier with Michael and the whole team at MKPBS. They were utterly fantastic. We'd never taken on a build before so were inexperienced and not the best informed coming into the project but Michael was reassuring, helpful and offered guidance and expertise throughout. Despite managing through lockdowns, COVID and supply shortages we arrived at our completion point on time and to budget. The team were here in rain, snow & sub-zero temperatures to get the job done from February to May. They were clean, tidy, conscientious and polite always, and produced a very high quality finish, perfectly in keeping with the look & feel of our Edwardian property. We cannot imagine working with anyone other than MKPBS on any future jobs, and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the third time I have used this company and as on previous occasions I am so pleased with the excellent job they have done combining my old fashioned bathroom and toilet into an amazing bathroom allowing me to have a separate shower. The workmanship is excellent and they always thoroughly clean up at the end of each day.

Starting house renovations at the end of January 2020, our crystal ball didn’t tell us that Covid 19 would disrupt our lives so much! What a year and what a build! The result…. A double story rear extension, new boiler and plumbing, and full insulation and decoration of the rest of the property. Through the whole period, our partnership with the MK team was very strong and we worked around all the challenges a regular build throws at you, plus all the restrictions in working hours and reduced materials availability. Michael and the team were extremely helpful, punctual, and personable with our family living at the property during the chaos. Mila delivered the finances in a format which work for us and on a weekly rhythm, so we never lost track. Michael also supported with sound advice on how to get the most out of our budget. We felt in control of the money we had set out at the start. I would highly recommend MK PBS as they always had out interest to heart, and we worked as a team to adapt as we went through for a stunning outcome!

Modernise and fit a new kitchen, replace all the electrics, plaster, tile and decorate all the walls, install new floor, doors and windows. Excellent service and quality. We were delighted with the work carried out by MKPBS. We had extensions, remodelling and extensive refurbishment undertaken and MKPBS project managed everything for us and were able to carry out every aspect of the works. They were very helpful in giving us advice and sourcing materials for us. They were always friendly and communicative and the invoices/billing were clear and concise. Flawless work. Our bathroom is absolutely beautiful. A tiny downstairs room has been transformed into a wonderful cloak room, and we also had a door blocked in, with a glass block window. We are thrilled with everything. The whole team are wonderful, friendly, helpful and hard working. This is the third time I have used MKPBS, and I will continue to do so in the future.

MK were professional throughout, always communicated and updated as the project progressed. They have a great team who could do all aspects of the project and if there was a delay with third parties Michael ensured another part of the project could be worked on. Just had a big remodelling project done by MK Pro. We threw loads of problems and issues at them and they responded with patience, calm and friendliness. They were clear about price and fair with us. The staff were punctual, cleaned up well each day, worked very hard and delivered a very good product. We got Michael and his team back after the fantastic work they did in 2016 to replace our bathrooms and also the doors upstairs along with some other smaller jobs. Everything was done really well, particularly the bathrooms which were completed to a very high standard and with some excellent touches along the way. Michael and Mila work hard to ensure that everything is thought of and keep you fully up to date on progress. A fantastic family team who are highly recommended.
