I am having very bad experience with crescent for my Villa project at Hyderabad. I am not sure whether the quality is good or not. But delivery and service is very very pathetic. From last one month I am struggling to get what I order. Few issues with order. 1) Dispatched wrong items 2) Dispatched part qty and still struggling to get remaining qty. 3) This is even continue for subsequent order. Issue was escalated at all levels but but without any positive action. It was my bad time as I already cut the ceiling and difficult time replace with other vendor. If you really want to innovation then improve your service , improve your goods delivery timelines. Deliver right good. These are simple things if you can do it. I don't recommend any crescent product.

Crescent Lighting is a great company for Home Builders to work with.Our Salesperson Jeff Duncan is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of design. Their prices and service are great!
