New Image Roofing

New Image left us with the best-looking roof on the block. They did a great job, were polite, left the yard clean. I would recommend them to others.

New Image really helped us out after a hailstorm severely damaged our home. They protected our home (since we were out of town when the storm happened) and worked with our insurance to get the job done as quickly as possible at a time when our entire neighborhood was needing roofing and exterior services. UPDATE Fall 2014: It took New Image WAY longer than we anticipated and we had to call them back several times to get the work done right. Granted, it was a hail-storm that damaged the whole neighborhood, and New Image did eventually do the job mostly to our satisfaction, however, the deck paint job they did (power wash and repaint) is already chipping badly. They agreed to come back and fix the chipping paint, but that was over a month ago and so far no one has contacted us about the "do over." I wish we could give them a 5-star review, but in the interest of honesty and full disclosure, we can't give them more than 3 stars. If they ever make good on the deck paint repair, maybe 4 stars?
