Pacific Outdoor Living (POL) completed 2 projects for me over the last few years. They did a wonderful job with my driveway where they replaced the old concrete with pavers. Second project was my backyard. Overall they are professional with a well staffed team that has been with the company for many years. From the design process, demo, and completion the staff and crew were wonderful to work with. Highly recommend POL!

Our backyard turned out amazing! Every detail came out exactly as we hoped. Trent was our project manager. We were very impressed with his attention to detail and his continuous site visits. With each visit he reviewed the previous days work and asked us for our feedback. Then, he asked us what our next expectations were and he confirmed the work to be done for the day. Communication is key in any project, but especially a big home improvement project. I absolutely recommend Pacific Outdoor Living!

I had a large asphalt driveway that needed to be replaced. It is wide, steep, and had invasive bamboo sprouting from cracks. It was a mess. To make matters worse, it is highly visible from the street. In addition, parts of the pad at the top were inclined toward the garage, allowing water to seep in when it rained. We contacted Pacific Outdoor Living for a quote. As work progressed i decided to ask about a large pool and deck that needed major repair and replacement. The deck was a mix of broken and repaired cement and the electrical under it was blowing circuit breakers when wet. The pool was leaking, and the fiberglass lining was buckling. It too was a dangerous mess. Once we signed the contract, they gave us an anticipated start date and end date. To my surprise, they met both commitments and completed the project within the estimated cost. With their design help, It is now a pool that make me proud. In addition, they worked with the city to obtain necessary permits and inspections. This is our third major renovation of the area, and nobody came close to the finished product we now have. I was astounded by their conscientious workers and their skill in solving problems as they invariably arise in a large project. I’ve have received numerous positive comments about the work, and have happily recommended them to friends.

We had our backyard remodeled, which included pool installation, pergola build, and driveway paving. Our designer Julian was able to create the backyard that we envisioned and our project manager Trent made sure the whole process was smooth & efficient. They finished the project within budget and even ahead of schedule. We highly recommend POL for their expertise, attention to detail, professionalism, timeliness, and overall workmanship. It has been almost 3 years since our backyard and driveway completed and it still looks amazing!

They completely transformed our old blah grey concrete patio! We called Pacific Outdoor Living and Craig came out to our house and gave us several ideas within our budget. He also recommended several pavers to choose from. Workers removed old concrete, re-graded, put down gravel coat, new pavers, and sealer. We love the color and texture. They also completely remodeled the stairwell to patio with an extra step and pavers and ground lights. They added garden lights and put them on timers. So pretty! We were so pleased we asked them to add outdoor lights to our front yard as well.

Waited for almost 35 years to redo our property, looking for the best ideas, found them when we met up with designers at Pacific Outdoor Living. Everyday that we spend (a lot of days now that we are both retired) in our yard is a happy day! We love hosting family and friends, birthdays, retirement parties, Easter egg hunts and quiet dinners. These guys did a full design & build of a hillside infinity pool for me including all geotechnical hillside stabilization and a full landscape renovation around my whole property. After going though two other contractors who could not even come up with an accurate price or plan, it was refreshing to find this team. I would not hesitate to hire them again on any property.

We hired Pacific Outdoor Living to landscape and remodel our entire front yard, back yard and both side yards. They worked with us on multiple visits to create the perfect set of plans that not only met our budgetary requirements, but also was beautiful. Water restrictions had made it impossible for us to maintain grass in our front yard and during COVID we got inspired to do something about it. Pacific Outdoor Living had done a wonderful job for our neighbor, so we engaged them to help us transform our front yard. They helped bring to life our vision of a drought tolerant design that incorporates a variety of color and textures. Pacific Outdoor Living, with their professional and courteous staff did an amazing job putting a waterfall feature in my backyard in just two days. The design is fabulous and my family and I are enjoying the feature every day. They were quick to respond to any and all of my concerns. We worked with Pacific Outdoor Living in 2022 and are so glad we did. They helped us create a design for a hill in our backyard and edging design around the property to create a great space we can enjoy. Two years later, the plants have grown more and get beautiful flowers. The drip line uses about 1/3 water we used to. The team we worked with was helpful to lay out ideas and select plants that would grow well in our CA climate. The team did a lot of work to remove old plants, lay a new irrigation system and plant a beautiful canvas of color. We love looking out at the hill from our patio.

My wife and I were tired of looking at the same old front yard, we spent months searching the web, talking to friends, and driving by houses of yards that we admired. After all this time vested we saw a few of our neighbors with the POL sign out front and decided to engage them for a quote. Initially we had interviewed a few others but once we started working with POL we knew right away that there intake and design process was what we were looking for, they asked us the questions we felt important to make decisions on the overall design and build time that others did not, a true hand-holding approach that we needed. We had decided to install New walls, walkway, artificial turf, lot of drought tolerant plants, lighting etc. Their team is all in-house and they did a great job. Trent, the production Manager noticed very early on that the street elevation could cause flooding onto my property. He had the plan revised to take care of that. The last rain we had was tremendous but my front yard weathered through well. We did have gravel wash out in the front at curb but with the torrent of rain we had, I expected something might happen. The street was a river! I whole-heartily recommend POL for a complete design-build firm. They were fast, responsive and expert builders. You get what you pay for!

Pacific Outdoor Living did a great job on our patio. We were very happy with the quality of the work. In particular, the project manager on the job was very professional and responsive. We relied heavily on Trent's advice and expertise.

I needed a new motor for my Solara patio cover with aluminum louvers. David, in the service department, explained they didn't stock parts, but their company installed the made-to-order patio covers. He then went to work on my behalf. He contacted their supplier of motors & explained my needs. He arranged for me to contact a specific person at their supplier who arranged the direct sale of the new motor. Although Pacific Outdoor Living installed the original patio cover 14 years ago, they still considered me as a valued customer & went the extra mile to help me. What a great company!

A few years ago we needed to landscape our front yard. We chose Pacific Outdoor and were so happy with the results (and to this day, people who walk past our house compliment the landscape). I liked Pacific Outdoor because once the work began, everything was clockwork. Upon demolition of the yard, the next crew immediately came in to do their part of the job and then the next crew came until the project was completed. If there were any problems, Pacific Outdoor immediately responded. When it was time to landscape our back yard, we naturally chose Pacific Outdoor again. Justin was the PM and we were so happy with the results. We had a sump pump installed and it has since prevented flooding that previously occurred in our backyard with heavy rain. Once again, the project was completed on time and is beautiful.

We used Pacific Outdoor Living to do a complete remodel of both front and back yard. After 100% removal of all existing (except mature trees) landscaping, POL did extensive hard scape including built in fire pit, outdoor kitchen, flagstone deck, new concrete, 100% drip irrigation, led lighting and more than 200 new plants. The design was exceptional and the final result was way beyond expectations. As importantly, they were done in a simply amazing 5 1/2 weeks at a very fair price!

We are beyond happy with our yard renovation experience with Pacific Outdoor Living. Julian created such a beautiful design that maximizes our small backyard space with a pool, spa, deck, and plants. Our backyard was all dirt with an old pool. We used POL to install drainage and pavers throughout the back, as well as remodel our pool. They did an INCREDIBLE job. Everyone has been blown away. We had a small problem with one of the drains and a pressure valve, but they came right out to fix them. Hoping to use them when we're ready to start work on the front yard!

14 thousand feet paver driveway with drainage installed at my house in expert fashion. Great job and saved us when all the rains came last year. The old cement driveway was removed and that was a site to behold. The house really needed this work.

We recently bought a home in the valley, and we knew that the yard needed a bit of work. The piping in the backyard was corroded and needed to be replaced. The pool finish was coming off, and the irrigation wasn't working well enough to support a yard in the front. We needed a complete overhaul. We reached out to a few different companies. POL had a small upfront fee for measurements and an initial illustration, but the bang for the buck compared to the other companies we talked to was night and day. We sat down with Julian at their office, talked through what we wanted, shared what type of styles we liked, and he went to work. Our first rendering was a very professional layout of our yard's potential. How organized and thorough they were off the bat was enough to convince us these were the right guys to go with. They weren't the cheapest option, but it was clear they were the most professional. Once we locked down the schematics for the yard, we did an in-person walkthrough with Trent Morrill and Juan Horta. They walked us through all the work that would be done and talked to us about some of our options. I recommend if you're not sure what they are talking about, just ask. They explained everything to me, we got to an agreement, and kicked off. From start to finish, it took about two months of work, which could have been even quicker if it hadn't been for the rain while the work was scheduled. Juan Horta and his team completely redid the front yard, backyard, courtyard, and pool. This included updating the pipes, adding drains, and putting up a pergola. My wife and I work from home, so we kept an eye on all of the work being done, which honestly, isn't a bad thing to do because there were times we wanted something shifted or we wanted to upgrade, and Juan and Luis were always helpful in making the necessary changes. My wife and I are very happy with our new yards. If you're looking at your options, I recommend paying the upfront fee to have Pacific Outdoor Living come through and do measurements and an initial schematic. The measurements alone were worth the money in case you wanted to shop around. All of our other competitor bids were cheaper because we could provide detailed measurements. It's a no-brainer in hindsight, and we ended up liking POL the best anyway. 5 Stars, I've recommended them to friends, and I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

POL sold and installed a San Juan Pools swimming pool and Spa for us in SoCal I would absolutely recommend them for any outdoor project you need. Clean, professional and Quality work.

We were very fortunate to find and engage the services of Pacific Outdoor Living for a large front yard project. The whole construction proceeded so smoothly and stress free it actually took us a bit by surprise as we were just recovering from a bit of a nightmare situation with the previous project. Samantha was a pleasure to work with. Kind and patient with all our revisions and specifications. Enrique and Luis (?) and their teams were courteous , professional, and their workmanship meticulous. The brick wall is really beautiful and exactly the look we envisioned. I would like to give a special shout out to Scott the contractor. He was really wonderful to work with. He took the project beyond just a well executed professional build. You should know he is quite an artist with plants and boulders! Isabel and Kevin.

After renovating our new home, we took a pause before we tackled the front and back yards. We cast a pretty wide net in terms of trying to find a landscaping company, and while there were plenty of excellent candidates who all had compelling visions for our space, we ultimately decided on Pacific Outdoor Living. It was definitely the right decision for us. For the first step of the process, we worked with our designer Samantha, who came up with a number of ideas and we chose the one which best suited what we were looking for. Previously, the back was an unshaded, intermittently grassy space with poor drainage. She returned with a design that included drought resistant plants, new drainage to prevent an unwanted pool from forming in the yard from heavy rains (which happened in spring of 2023!), a path going through the yard, and a space for a fire pit in the corner. For the front yard, which for year before had apparently been a barren patch of dirt with a dying tree, she created a nice layout of similar drought resistant plants, as well as a path leading to the back yard along the side of the house, and a new path to the front door which is a beautiful mixture of concrete paving stones and Mexican beach pebbles. We worked with her to make some adjustments along the way, and she gave us some excellent ideas we never thought about, and we were able to come to a final plan that worked. We gave them the go-ahead from there. During the project, we worked primarily with Jorge, who was overseeing the whole thing and would periodically come out all the way out here from Sun Valley (we're almost in Calabasas) to see how things were progressing. He stayed on top of things diligently, to the point that when an issue with drain runoff washing away part of the side path came up six months AFTER the project ended, he came out here and had a team handle it immediately. We also worked with Jesus, who was overseeing more specifically the plants being integrated into the space and also was always there to answer questions and check in. One part of the project I had to include was the pergola they were able to get for us, which is a perfect size, has a sun shade incorporated into it on one side, and adjustable shutters on the roof, to shield us on those summer days with the sun is blazing down from directly overhead. As for others we worked with at POL, I have to mention Stephanie, Joseline, and Matthew at the office in Sun Valley, who covered a lot of other questions we had, and who are absolute professionals in terms of being detail-oriented and absolutely pleasant. One overall takeaway is we had budget concerns from the start with our project, and had worried based on other estimates from other companies that we wouldn't be able to do what we wanted. With POL, they returned with a project that actually hit our budget mark almost exactly, gave us a beautiful space to enjoy, one that is the perfect finishing touch on our home. Highly recommended!

Kolleen , the In House Designer assisted with exactly what plants we wanted, knowing which plants do well with sunlight or which don't, which areas they should be placed in, how the layout should be, turf for our dogs, fencing, and size suggestions for what products we should purchase. From the design team working with you to get everything you could ever dream about to the construction team making it all come together. Once everything is agreed upon, be ready because Trent and his team will knock out the plans before you know it. We enjoyed working with Pacific Outdoor Living and love our backyard remodel! We installed new pavers, artificial turf, a curb wall for fence installation, resurfaced our pool with mini pebble, retiled our pool, installed new automated pool equipment and added a waterfall feature. They were patient with us during the design process as we asked for estimates for things that we didn't end up doing because they were out of budget. They may be more expensive than hiring different subcontractors yourself to do each separate area but it was worth it to just deal with one person managing the job, the permits and use qualified subcontractors that they know do good work. We used a separate contractor for a new louvered pergola because we wanted a particular brand with screens but pacific outdoor worked with them to get the permit inspection and pavers done around it. We are very happy with how the backyard turned out.

The team at Pacific Outdoor Living was exceptional from start to finish. The level of professionalism was apparent with each worker we had on our site. They were the exception to the rule. On time, kept with the schedule, CLEAN, friendly and even made some simple additions and did not charge us for them. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Pacific Outdoor Living to install paving stones on 3 separate occasions...the first was my driveway, which was such a game changer, I hired them again a few years later to do the driveway at our other house. Once again, they did such an incredible job and it looked so great - we had strangers asking us who we hired to do the work. The third time I hired them to install a pathway in our side yard and pavers in our back yard with steps leading to a back door. We also had them to create a pathway in the backyard of our other house. They went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me install a French drain and gravel in an adjacent area - something they didn't need to do, but they did. You just don't see service like that anymore! No corners cut, everything done right. Each time we hired them, they took the time to survey the areas, take measurements and plot it all out in advance so that the installation was nothing short of perfection. To say that they do an outstanding job is really an understatement. They are incredibly professional and proficient in what they do. I am always careful to do my research and look at all my options and each time I have come back to Pacific Outdoor Living because they are simply the best. I trust them to do a great job and 3 times later they have never disappointed me. We have used Pacific Outdoor Living for our landscaping needs several times now, and are consistently pleased with the outcome!! We have done two major projects, first the backyard, and two years later, the front. We love the way they consulted with us first, to brainstorm...and to find out what we really wanted to achieve. Then, they worked with us to come up with a beautiful plan, and it all came out looking just like they promised it would!! On top of that, Pacific Outdoor Living has remained available to come back if anything needed to be tweaked or replanted, and have been very responsive any time we've had a question. For the most part we had a good experience with Pacific Outdoor Living. The details in their planning and prep made it easy for us to decide on what we would like for our yard and what would work best for our yard. They completed the project in a timely manner and even came back a few times to check on their work and the growth of our yard. They even touched up some areas that rain had ruined. The reason for 4 stars, is the communication during the actual construction process. Sometimes they didn't show up when scheduled. I would have to reach out to them to see what was going on. But over all I would recommend Pacific Outdoor Living. We get compliments all the time on our yard!

They are hands down the best, most reliable company for any outdoor project. We moved into a new home last December and with record rainfall in the months that followed, we learned very quickly that our new property had major drainage issues. The previous owners had also let invasive trees and plants grow all over the property, creating a massive root system under our .3 acre property. The projects seemed so overwhelming and daunting, but when we found POL, we knew it would be worth the extra cost for a reliable company that could take care of the necessary underground problems while also making it beautiful on the surface. From the beginning, Samantha, our designer, did an incredible job of taking our words and inspiration photos to create a design exactly in line with what we wanted. Even though the full project wasn’t in our budget at the time, we then worked together to decide on phases and prioritize what needed to get done immediately and what we could do later. Trent, the owner of the company was involved in the project very closely and did everything he could to figure out the best and most cost effective solutions for our drainage issues. Jorge, our project manager, was incredible. He was very communicative and present from the beginning to the end, and also has a great sense of humor. Any problems that arose during the process, Jorge and Trent went above and beyond to communicate with us and to find a solution - even when the problems weren’t their responsibility. Since everything is done in house instead of subcontracting out, you can see the pride that every worker takes in the job. They are fast and efficient but they get the job done the right way and the end result looks fantastic. They are truly an honest and trustworthy company and we would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Wow! We are so happy with our new driveway and front yard landscaping from Pacific Outdoor Living. Our project included; design, demo of existing large driveway and front walk, concrete forming, pavers, irrigation and landscape. I picked POL because of their YELP reviews and pictures. Overall: Pacific Outdoor Living was responsive, professional, clear with communications, and provided great value. All the teams were respectful of our property, highly-skilled, and lovely people. One detail about this company that makes them great to work with is that all of their crews are in-house.This made the process feel very well-informed the whole way through. We knew exactly what was happening and when and each crew seemed to grasp the project well before starting work. Details and Shoutouts: Justin Sun was our designer and he knocked it out of the park. We provided fairly clear communications on basic needs, a Pinterest board of styles we enjoyed, and a google presentation of who we were as people. He took that and provided an initial design that fit us perfectly! In our consultation, he suggested some changes that showed him for the design superstar he is (for instance, he suggested a ramp instead of stairs when he learned that I move large items in and out of the house many times a week). He took our small feedback items and made great adjustments. Juan Horta was our project manager. We were given an estimated 6 week timeline and they finished about a week early. Juan communicated clearly with my husband via text and calls and was very responsive to questions. Luis Suarez was in charge of the landscape crew and they were awesome! I love gardening and the crew was SO patient with me. They checked in before placing plants and rocks to make sure I was happy. They did a wonderful job without my input, but it was really special for me to be able to make those minor adjustments for my specific taste. Invoicing department was easy to work with and polite; they even asked for pictures of the project just so they could see! Front office/scheduling were great and even had reserved a parking space for us when we came in for consultations. We will work with Pacific Outdoor again. Many neighbors ask for their number and random people passing by on the street give the yard compliments. High quality and timeliness; you definitely get what you pay for. Project came in on-budget.

I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking or ready to getting a pool. Glenn my sales rep was hands on and David customer service rocks. Everyone in the company is amazing. 2 years later checking in on how things are going is really cool. I have no problems with my pool. the fact the company reaching out and wanting to make sure everything is still good means a lot. Again highly recommended these guys are awesome.

We are so happy we worked with Pacific Pavingstone to do our pool deck. The process was smooth from start to finish. My project estimator, Ken Avner, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and had great suggestions which helped me keep my project within my budget. We remodeled our walkway and driveway, it took 3 days and we couldn't be happier with it. Our neighbors keep asking us for their contact info, it is a hit throughout the entire neighborhood.

Could not recommend Pacific Outdoor Living or their paving stone division -- Pacific Pavingstone -- more. I would trust them with any outdoor project for my home. They demonstrate professionalism and have expertise in what they do. We already had our patio redone with pavers from them recently, but we are currently getting a design completed to add some landscaping. We are thrilled and can't wait to see how it turns out!

We just finished a giant remodel of our backyard and everything from start to finish was excellent! Andrew did a fabulous job with our design and really incorporated the features we wanted and listened to our needs. The landscaping crew was also terrific. We had great communication with the crew and everything was well scheduled and coordinated for maximum efficiency. There was no wasted time and our project was completed in a timely manner. Our project took about 4 weeks to install and we did some regrading, demo, pavers installed, and added new irrigation, plants, and turf too. The crew was respectful and clean as well. We had a great experience and look forward to working with them again.

Before going to them for our paving stones at their subsidiary company we had our landscaping done a few years back. I have to say that what really impressed me most with this were the designers they had. I ended up going with the one who had the most similar style to what i was looking for. i was happy with the project because it fit my budget and still looked good. They took out our old pergola, which opened up the space a lot, put in some nice shade trees, and re did all of the grass. We use the backyard all of the time ever since!

This is a fantastic company that saved our home. They do everything you might need to spruce up your yard, but we needed some hardscape and plants. Very happy with the process they have for clients. I would recommend them.

We were very impressed with every aspect of Pacific Outdoor Living's service, from the design phase consultations to the final completion of work. If anything, things went TOO fast and we didn't fully absorb and react to some changes (that we requested. Again, completely on us) before they were implemented. The quality of the work is superb, and we are happy with the results. The crew was responsive, courteous, and completed the work under the amount of time estimated.

After getting a couple of estimates, we decided to go with Pacific outdoor Living, Ken our sales rep. was very helpful designing our backyard, the price was competitive and the job was done on a timely manner, the project manager and the crew were professional and they did a clean job. We are very happy with their work.

Amazing customer service and product! I can't even tell you how many companies we looked at before deciding on POL. From start to finish everything was great- Zach was prompted both when meeting in person and over the phone and via email. Lalo was on site and was also fantastic to work with. The finished product is exactly what we were looking for and then some. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

After several estimates, we chose this company to do our project. Great choice for once! They are on time, efficient, polite and professional. We had paving stones done the original time (Aug of 2012)...a large area. Then a year later (Nov. of 2013) we called them back to put in artificial turf and another paving stone portion. Can't say enough good about the work they do. Everyone seems to know exactly what their job is and each is very good on what they do. Would definitely recommend this company. Our house got a "Home beautification" award with our city this year within our "zone", and also, second runner up for "Home of the year" honors!

Pacific Outdoor Living did a fantastic job on my permeable paver system. I was very happy with the work and the follow up. I recommend them to my friends.

This is a long review but if you are considering a pond/water feature in your backyard it may be worth reading the whole thing: I called Pacific Outdoor Living (POL) to put a pond in my backyard and backfill my old one (prior owner did the old pond herself and it was horrible and in the wrong place in the garden). I had already gotten two estimates (for which I was charged $100 and $150 each) when a landscape person I am using recommended POL. I was hesitant at first because it's a bigger company, they have done work at the showcase house and have been featured on HG TV so I figured the price would be out of my budget and much higher than the mom and pop pond installers. But, the estimate is free so I figured I would lose nothing. Ken, the pond designer at POL, came to my house on a Saturday and spent 3 hours with me talking about what I was looking for in a pond, if I wanted something architectural or that looked like a natural pond, he explained how the pond works, upkeep (minimal), he drew a to scale drawing, outlined the physical area, had stones in his truck so I could choose the shade of them I wanted and the price was within a few hundred dollars of the smaller companies (but the result was worth so much more). Ken left me with a detailed quote and drawing (size of pond, perimeter, multiple levels, 5 underwater LED lights, caves for fish to hide from raccoons, some plants for around the pond, mechanical equipment, etc). The other two companies spent only about 1/2 hour with me, didn't provide anything in writing and only later did they send an email with a general description of their work. I knew exactly what I would be getting with POL. I had no idea what I would have gotten with the other companies (they estimated 5-7 days while POL estimated 2 and finished in 2). Lance, the pond crew supervisor at POL and his crew of 4, all employees of POL, showed up on time, didn't just start digging but explained what would happen on day 1 before they started working, were polite, professional and worked very hard. At the end of day 2 I had a gorgeous pond - it was even more beautiful than I anticipated. The crew (Emilio, Walter and Eliah and headed by crew chief, George) is masterful at pond construction. Also, the old pond had to be demolished and backfilled which was not a small task and they did a great job with compacting the soil and leveling the grade of area of the old pond. I cannot recommend Pacific Outdoor Living more unequivocally.

I recently had seismic reinforcement work performed on my rental home which is next door to my own. Because I was so impressed with their work, I asked Alpha Structural to recommend someone to tear out my concrete driveway as well as the area that ran parallel from the street to the alley. They referred me to Pacific Outdoor Living and I could not be happier. They kept in contact with me for the duration of the work, completed it in two days, and sent workmen back to replace white plastic drain caps with brass covers. They were in constant communication, anxious for my satisfaction and have given me a number to call directly to their man, Brian, should any future problems arise. It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny. This is the kind of company that others should strive to be like. A big shout out to pacific outdoor living and also to Alpha Structural who also did an awesome job.

We've just completed a big driveway, garden wall and pond project with pacific outdoor living. We couldn't be happier with the results!!! The pond team was excellent. James, George and the rest of the crew know what they're doing. True pond artists. They were done in three days and gave us a beautiful natural looking water feature that we will definitely enjoy for many, many years. The demo, masonry and driveway paver teams were also great. They arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. The whole process was well planned.- They had trucks lined up to haul away all the debris (the driveway alone is over 2700 sq. ft), another one ready to bring in the base layer for the paving stones, etc. So in other words.... no wasted time. Believe me....You don't want to be without a driveway for very long. This crew worked very well together and they genuinely seemed to like one another. I would highly recommend this company. They may cost a little more than the others, but are well worth it.

Long story short, paid them nearly $30K as the salesman touted they are experts at paving hillside driveways. The owner came by weeks later, right before the project was going to start, and demanded more money and that they weren't going to guarantee the work (as the contract stated). I ultimately got my money back but it was a huge waste of time.

Pacific Outdoor Living's installation of pavers, ponds, landscape, etc. is always installed on time, with great care to the customers needs, professionally and artistically. i can always count on them to give an excellent result and carry out projects to completion in a timely manner,.
