Palette Pro Painting & Renovation

I have used Palette Pro on two occasions: initially (in 2021), to prepare my new apartment prior to moving in. This involved painting, refinishing floors, and building new radiator covers. The work was done while I was out-of-state and I was a bit nervous about not being on site to make sure that everything was done properly. However, I needn't have worried. Palette Pro's crew, overseen by Willian, took care of every detail exactly as I had specified. All work was done to a very high standard. A few months ago (early 2022), after some water damage to my apartment, I contacted Palette Pro to have them repaint a bathroom and a portion of a bedroom. Rafael Ventura was very helpful in accommodating my schedule, and made sure that the work could be completed before an upcoming furniture delivery. Palette Pro provides a very high standard of service and workmanship. I highly recommend them!

I was referred to Palette Pro from a friend who had seen their work and was highly impressed. I called and spoke to Sophie who gave me as much information as possible and asked me to send pictures of my kitchen cabinets. She said Rodrigo would get back to me with a price to have the cabinets painted. He was very timely in sending me a detailed email with exactly what would be done and the cost. I sent a third of the cost as a deposit the end of March 2022 and work began the middle of May 2022. I was told that Adrian was going to be my painter and that he would arrive between 8:30am and 9:30am. The Palette Pro van was parked in front of my house at 8:15am! Adrian Jr. and Adrian Sr. arrived ahead of schedule and immediately started removing all the cabinet doors and hardware. All the relevant hardware was left on the adjoining shelf. Except for the machinery they used, they worked as quiet as 'church mice'. Once the doors were removed, they were taken back to Palette Pro for refinishing. Adrian Jr. said it would take approximately one week. One week later both gentlemen were back and on the job before 8:30am to paint the fixed cabinets. They METICULOUSLY taped paper and plastic drop cloths on everything not to be touched by paint. They started painting in the afternoon with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of the color the following day. They returned on the third day to replace all the doors, hardware and remove all the drop cloths, paper, tape and their equipment. There was NOTHING for me to clean up only to replace the kitchenware back in the cabinets. I cannot say enough of the workmanship, professionalism, punctuality and friendliness of these 2 men. If I could I would give them 10 stars! Thank you Adrian and Adrian and thank you Rodrigo for sending them to do my kitchen! A job extremely well done and second to none.

I have used Palette Pro for multiple projects over the last 6 years. Initially, I gave them a glowing review for multiple jobs, superbly done. More recently, I had them do the exterior of my home, they provided a sloppy crew who caused endless problems. The company responded by sending a better painter, who completed the job. Currently, I asked them for interior paint and floor refinishing. The floors were done poorly, result was blotchy and did not match the existing floors. After multiple requests, the manager, Rafael Ventura, did come to view the job, his reaction was not satisfactory. My impression is that they started out with high standards, grew, and now have too many poor quality subcontractors. Too bad, as I’m now moving, and need work to be done again. I do not recommend this company

Palette Pro did an outstanding job on our house. Previous contractors would not touch the mirror on our dining room wall without tearing down the wall (a very expensive project that we did not want to tackle). We called Palette Pro and they came over to our house almost immediately. They explained how they could remove the mirror and sent us an estimate which was reasonable and fair. Following this project we then called Palette Pro to repair and paint the outside window trims, entry and kitchen doors and, repair kitchen railing as well as the bay windows. The job was scheduled and the crew came to our house on time and completed the various jobs with attention to detail. Palette Pro called in a carpenter and mason for the necessary repairs and painting. Inside the house, Palette Pro workers also painted our banister and repaired a wall between the main floor and the basement. The workers Palette Pro sent showed up always on time and demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of their specialty and trade. When the work was completed, they cleaned up without leaving a spot of dirt. Very professional and efficient workers and staff.

I have always found this company to be professional. They are honest about timeframes. . They are friendly. Very organized and clean up after the work is done. i highly recommend and will be using them again in the near future.

We have used them for external and internal work. On the external job, he was the best and most honest guy we have ever had. The paint job has held up for 5 years and looks like new! Internally as well. No issues great cleanup and professional staff.

Palette Pro did a great job painting both our living room and play room. Rafael offered multiple options in how to deal with painting the play room's knotty pine, and was so knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each option. The guys were amazing! They did the most beautiful job and were above and beyond their call of duty. I had Palette Pro refinish my deck which is 20+ years old. They did a great job. They were thorough and professional. My deck looks better than it has since it was new. I would recommend them.

Palette-pro responded prompt to my inquiry then rapidly scheduled a power washing. The workers were courteous, polite and tidy. They came on time.they sanded the wood carefully and made the hand railings nice and smooth to prevent splinters. They applied the stain neatly. They finished before they thought they would. When researching painting companies, I came across Palette Pro and could not find one negative review about them -- now I understand why. To say these guys are good is an understatement -- they are amazing! From the estimate appointment with Rafael to the meticulous detail that Anderson and his crew paid to our home each day, it was a true pleasure working with all of them. Their price was very reasonable, they were on time each and every day (even on Saturday), they cleaned up each night before they left and were very flexible and patient working with and around the other contractor doing work in our home. In addition to painting, they also repaired several areas of ceiling and walls that were damaged (some by the other contractor) and never made any request seem like an inconvenience (even when we changed the color of a room after the first coat had gone on!). Our house looks amazing!!!! They were true professionals and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We purchased a house and hired Palette Pro to refinish our floors, wooden decks, interior painting and wallpapering as well as some exterior painting. The team was very professional and detail oriented with their work. At the end of each day they cleaned up and were very respectful of the other teams (landscapers and arborists) that were working on the house as well. We have a shortage of parking, etc. that lead to logistical difficulties. The projects were completed in a timely manor and the work was immaculate!

We recently completed our second project with Palette Pro Painting during the summer of 2014. The project included a total exterior paint job of a stucco home. This was our second time using Palette Pro for interior painting. This time we hired them for living room painting and installation of crown molding on the ceiling and around the fireplace. The living room now looks great ! We were very pleased with Palette Pro - the work was completed within a week, as promised, and the workmen were very professional and easy to work with. A neighbor recommended Palette Pro and I was not disappointed! The company repaired a water-damaged plaster ceiling in my cottage and repainted it. In addition, they gave me an estimate for powerwashing and repainting my house next year. Their estimates and prices are reasonable, their work is excellent, and best of all their communications with me were frequent, polite and timely.

I bought the big deal through Angies list and added some other painting projects onto the deal. Although it took a tad longer than anticipated, I feel i got an amazing job for the money. My wife was home for parts of the job and the crew was respectful, thorough, clean and meticulous. The paint truly looks great and I am planning on hiring them for some exterior trim work. Rodrigo and his crew are extremely courteous and professional. All work was completed on-time and as promised, we would definitely recommend and use them again. Work completed: Put up wall, painted the entire basement, built 2 new closets, built new frame and replaced old linen closet doors, built frame for flatscreen to sit flush in the wall.

Palette Pro painted the entire interior of my home. They removed three rooms of wallpaper, patched many vents and phone jacks no longer used, and did minor carpentry work. All of the work was done very professionally and all the people were respectful and pleasant. I would highly recommend them. I interviewed several painters and it was clear to me that Rodrigo had great customer service and it proved to be true. I was glad to have hired them and would do so again.

This is the second time that I have worked with Rodrigo Vasconcellos and Pallette Pro. The first time was for an complete exterior paint job during Fall 2013. This second contract was for interior work to scrape, fill, sand, prime and paint 40 double hung windows. The work was done well and the windows look very good.The crew arrived on time, worked well and cleaned up daily. They were respectful and nice guys. I would use Pallette Pro again and recommend their work.

I was completely satisfied and delighted with his work. The price? It was so very modest as if he took much more than 10% of Angie’s List coupon for the first time customer. Successfully re-painted the exterior of the house, including an interior breezeway. Kept to agreed schedule of work. Arranged with carpenters to remove wood columns from front porch and install new ones.

Palette Pro is what the title states: Pros at painting I previously used them for another painting job for my dinning-living room area and was very happy. Rodrigo's suggestion of colors was also very good. We discussed all the details, received his estimate and hired him to do the job. Palette Pro has painted two homes for me. One home (4,600sq ft) required all trim and wall paint throughout as well as repainting the kitchen cabinets and repairing the walls to a smooth surface prior to painting. The second home (4,000sq ft spec home) required painting the entire exterior (trim and wood shingles), all interior trim and walls. Their work is impeccable, painters are extremely courteous and project costs were effectively communicated. I would highly recommend their services.

I hired Palette Pro after seeing the work they did for a neighbor. I could not be more pleased with the results. This is our eighth house and I've renovated each one, so I speak from some experience. This was a big job--the place was in very rough shape and every surface needed attention. The woodwork now glows and the walls are perfect. The crew cleaned up every evening and made the place usable every night. My newly-installed hardwood floors are still pristine thanks to their care. I cannot recommend Palette Pro highly enough. We initially hired them to paint three rooms, but we liked them so much that we kept adding things to the job. What started as three rooms ended up as two complete houses, interior and exterior, replacement of all doors and trim as well as some drywall mudding and taping and finish carpentry. It's been a relief to find someone who can really turn out quality work every time. The owner is responsive and involved, the crew is professional and cleans up every night. Don't hesitate.
