Phoenix Timber Buildings

I ordered a Ketton summerhouse in September. It was delivered on time and errected within 3 hours. I'm really pleased with the quality and the efficiency of the chaps that installed it. Unfortunately due to the very wet weather we have just had, the doors expanded, so I was unable to shut them. With just one phone call, Phoenix arranged for Shaun to come and adjust the hinges etc, leaving me with a water tight building. I'm really happy with my purchase and would recommend Phoenix to anyone considering buying a garden building.

Whole process of purchasing a shed was very smooth - accommodating to our needs and kept up very good contact by phone or email. Non pushy sales approach gave us confidence to put the order in to Phoenix - didn't feel pressurised to buy from them and as a result we recommended a friend to you. Bought a timber garage a few months ago, had to change the roof over as I preferred the bigger tiles, they supported me the entire way. Very good value for price, 10/10 on looks.

Visited their company for information on buildings and supplies, were very kind, did not purchase but they did leave me with a lot of information and future ideas regarding timber buildings. Very nice place!

Awful experience. After an initial quote I asked to make some changes. After a month of me chasing the quote I got an email stating that they are “unable to quote for me at this time”. Save your time and energy and look somewhere else!
