Green & Gorgeous

Green and Gorgeous were fantastic to work with from start to finish. We had no idea what to do with a very strangely shaped riverside plot and Christian came up with an amazing design. The guys on site were fabulous (shout out to Steve and Steve and to Patrick!), Paul and Christian were so helpful about everything and the project came in on time and on budget and looks incredible. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Really fantastic work from Christian, Paul and the team who worked on our garden from design to installation. I can't recommend them highly enough - high quality work; additions and changes to the brief and garden design accepted with no fuss; helpful solutions to overcome unexpected issues on site; and the team regularly checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the work undertaken. Everything started and completed on time and to our agreed budget. Overall, a throughly professional team and such a really friendly group of people who were brilliant to work with. Our garden looks amazing thanks to the G&G team.

We were delighted to find Green and Gorgeous having been looking for some time to find a landscape gardening company to do both a design and construction on our back garden. In the first instance Christian visited us to take a look at the area and listen to our thoughts as to how we would like to use the garden and features we particularly liked. Christian produced a concept plan which incorporated many of our ideas and materials we liked together with some new suggestions as to how he could make the area work well. It was very refreshing to work with a designer ready to listen to us but also come up with exciting concepts we hadn’t considered. Both Paul and Christian worked hard to find products to compliment our garden. All of the construction team were first class; polite, courteous, hard working and good humoured (which they needed to be with our very heavy clay soil!). They not only demonstrated excellent workmanship, but also an ability to overcome problems as they arose. We appreciated the daily commute the team endured between Frome and Bridgwater and how they worked well with our other contractors eg. Electrician, Gazebo installers etc. Even though we were involved in every step of the project, it was still very emotional to see the finished garden which we will enjoy for many years to come. We are so delighted with the final product and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Green and Gorgeous to anyone.

The Green and Gorgeous team have just completed 2 weeks landscaping our rear garden. We found the whole team to be courteous, hard working and strove to minimise disruption to other parts of the property. We are extremely pleased with final result and would highly recommend G&G.

The team offered a fantastic planting plan for our newly landscaped garden. We discussed various ideas around colour palette and for our raised beds and screening trees for our garden. They were able to share their wealth of knowledge, particularly around what was feasible for planting. We are still working with them on our phase 2 planting plan of our garden for Spring/Summer 2022.

Just after the initial conversation with Christian, we knew that G&G was the right choice for our garden in our new home. We are thrilled with how our garden looks and we can not wait for the next phase of the transformation. We have been impressed with the quality of the advice, end-to-end process from design to the delivery, professionalism of the entire team, banter, and generally positive attitude of the entire team that works very hard. The final result exceeded expectations, we absolutely love our new garden, can't wait for the meadow to grow and plants to bloom. Huge thanks to Christian, Paul, Steve, Jon and Ryan for creating and delivering an outstanding transformation to our garden. From the first meeting with Christian who carefully listened and interpreted our thoughts and combined them with his ideas and vision, to our beautiful contemporary garden complete with calming water feature, sunny deck, curved pathway, steppingstones, not forgetting special cat-ladder for Millie, and flowerbeds full of beautiful shrubs & plants to attract bees & butterflies, our experience was exceptional. We highly recommend the team at Green & Gorgeous; their skill, knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism were exceptional throughout the project and made it stress free and exciting for us to work with them on. We are absolutely delighted with our new garden and cannot thank you enough!

Blooming marvellous, so very happy with the whole package from when we first talked, the concept, design and planned planting. The teams stuck to their schedules, were so very polite and finished to a fantastic standard. With prices for materials going up and demand for materials ever increasing, I was blown away things stayed in budget. My slanting green postage stamp now is a fantastic oasis of calm with lovely Kota blue tiles surrounded by beds of plants separated by sleepers. I am so very grateful I now have an outside room to relax an read in. Another treat was to see bees feeding off my flowers...thank you to all the team at Green and Gorgeous. I cannot recommend them enough.

We can't recommend Paul and the team highly enough. From the start, Christian's design exceeded the brief and showed great imagination in creating a number of unique areas across the garden. The quality of finish in construction and planting choice was excellent. As the works included a garden room, the team worked really well with our building contractor, with both parties producing a perfect result combining decking, room and planting. Paul delivered the project on budget and we were kept regularly informed of progress throughout. Any unexpected challenges were thoroughly explained and a pragmatic solution delivered every time. We now have a wonderful garden thanks to Green & Gorgeous.

Amazing team to have around from the first visit on advice on what to do with my garden plot and designing to all the stages thereafter from the gang who came in with mini digger and and hard digging work to the final planting and finishing off team , all left tidy and clean , staff very friendly and polite and obliging would highly recommend Green and Gorgeous every time for your garden Well done all and a big thank you

Hired them to do a patio area and fresh parking round our new shepherd's hut. The work from design to completion was meticulous. The guys who did the work took great pains to get it right. I would highly recommend them.

We chose Green & Gorgeous to re-landscape our entire back garden, in the first instance because of the detail and attention that they paid to the initial project design. We were very glad that we did so - the team were professional, hard-working, and able to be flexible about the design and our needs as the project progressed. They removed all the old patio and yet more underlying concrete works (we have a terraced Victorian), set up a pad for a new shed, relaid beautiful new limestone paving, garden beds and turf, and installed a cedar privacy fence. Despite a difficult situation with the lockdown, the project was finished safely in May. It looks wonderful and we are really pleased with their work.
