Charlie and his talented crew were a pleasure to work with and produced excellent work on a tight budget. We went over on time because we kept adding new areas to the project. Charlie, Marc and Nelio were able to work together with me to get the biggest bang for the buck. I am an architect and very particular about details and finish. I recommend highly. I would book in advance because his schedule gets full.

We recently purchased an East Falls row home that needed new bathrooms, kitchens and flooring. We originally met Charlie for an estimate which was not the lowest price but he seemed very knowledgable about the process and what our expectations were. Robin then met us and helped with our designs and picking out all of our finishes. Demolition went quick and as we got into the finishes things did slow down a little as Charlie had mentioned to us in the beginning. One of the employees Marc was there through most of the project and answered our phone calls and texts even at night. Everything came out great minus a table that was scratched but Charlie replaced it with a new one right away. The schedule went one week over the 6 weeks we discussed but all in all it was very clean throughout and we are very happy with Precise. Can't wait to do a new deck in the summer.

Charlie is a great guy who delivered what he said he would, no fuss or hassle. I appreciate a straight shooter who does clean, error free work in the time frame he said he would. We didn't ask for anything major -- it was just a basic bay window expansion and rebuild, plus some exterior work to fix our old siding and interior work in the living room that houses the bay window -- but we got everything we asked for on time and on budget.

My wife and I had Precise Home Services rip out the 1980’s carpet in my dining room and living room (it was green) and lay hardwood floor. They did such a nice clean job that I had them back to remodel my kitchen and take the same hardwood floor throughout my first floor (kitchen, front foyer and family room). Robin did a splendid job redesigning our kitchen to make a better flow with more function. Who knew that moving the fridge a few feet and the dishwasher to the other side of the sink would allow us so much efficiency. We were also really pleased with Charlie’s ability to communicate the logistics and the minute details of the behind the walls stuff that needed to happen. They walked us through the whole project including permitting and inspections. They made everything very easy and their workers did a respectable job keeping things clean, one even helped us put up some shelving in another part of the house. We were very happy and recommend them fully.
