Hiring Property Experts was the icing on the cake for my house project. We remodeled an older home, and with the help of Property Experts, it turned out fabulous! From installing a wonderful new kitchen, to choosing plumbing fixtures, tiling the living room fireplace, creating a lovely bedroom suite, purchasing new furniture, I have more than I could have dreamed. We were very disappointed in our choice of The Property Experts for our bathroom and kitchen remodel project. Our contract stated the work would be completed in 4 to 6 weeks and it was actually 13 weeks. Quality of the drywall and painting work was poor. Floor tiles in the bathroom are uneven and not level. We are now noticing cracks in the drywall joints and grout is chipping out of the shower floor. Daily clean up and attention to detail was lacking. The work was certainly not what we expected, very poor value for the money.

Thanks to Sam, Michael, and the rest of the crew at the Property Experts. You have a team of truly dedicated professionals who work hard to decrease the stress that comes with a kitchen renovation. The design was thoughtful, the material selection was fun, the renovation (almost) painless, and the final product amazing!

Sam Taylor and his team not only do an amazing job at renovation and interior design but they also do it with professionalism, kindness, and trust. His team completely renovated our master bathroom and made a below-stairs closet into a half bath. The project came out better than I imagined. I am ready to tackle another home renovation with them!

My husband and I chose Sam Taylor and his staff at The Property Experts to do a complete renovation of our kitchen and we are so happy with it. Sam guided us in choosing beautiful materials within our price range and he chose the perfect paint colors to compliment the job. All the workers who came to work on the kitchen were very professional did exceptional work. There were a few delays at time but that is to be expected when doing a major renovation.

Sam and his team completed our kitchen remodel on time and with the highest attention to service and detail. Before finding Property Experts, we had hired another contractor, who took a substantial amount of our money and failed to provide any work. As such, we were extremely gun-shy and hesitant about entering into another contract, but knew we needed professionals to get our kitchen remodeled to our expectations. Sam was very understanding and patient, and "held our hand" throughout the entire process. He was always available for phone calls (even on the weekends), and he never failed to update us on the progress and timeline of our project. Even though we had a couple of potentially lengthy delays, Sam was always upfront and honest, and made every effort to immediately remedy any issues. His subcontractors and employees were highly professional and personable, each offering to go above and beyond their basic scope of work. Our kitchen was remodeled within an extremely reasonable amount of time, and we could not be more pleased with the final product and the quality of customer service we received throughout the process. We would highly recommend Property Experts to anyone.

Sam was excellent to work with from design to overseeing renovation and final inspection. Contractor Scott Rogers were wonderful. His crew went about work steadily, on time and pleasant to have around. Felt very comfortable leaving them in the house when I had to be gone. Very pleased with final results.
