Our company has been privileged to be a part of several of Alexander Construction's projects. All the projects have been extremely creative, well managed and rewarding experiences. The team is easy to deal with, and always assembled for the common goal of delivering a unique, beautiful and high-quality product for the client.

As a high end custom door manufacturer, Dayoris Doors, we have had the opportunity to work with Paul Storti and his staff from Alexander Construction on multiple occasions. We serve the same luxury clientele and have had frequent need to refer each other's services. As anyone in the construction industry knows, it is hard to establish and maintain relationships. Alexander Construction is everything that you could hope for it a contractor and client. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Alexander Construction & Development on our most recent construction project in South Beach. We had a very tight timeline and were subject to tough restrictions to combine three individual units into one large beautiful space. Everything had to be completed in seven months from start to finish. Not only did Alexander Construction & Development manage the project with incredible professionalism and accuracy, we also came in ON TIME and ON BUDGET. As a permit expediter, I work with countless Contractors of all shapes, sizes, and professionalism. Last year we awarded the contract to gut and build our combination of two condos into one to Alexander Construction. There were three candidates and after viewing completed projects of the three we felt Alexander Construction had the best quality and was competitively priced. We were not disappointed. The attention to detail was exquisite and the followup to the punch list items was prompt. The horror stories we heard about construction in Miami being off schedule and of poor quality really concerned us but it was something we never experienced using Alexander Construction. In fact of 7 projects worked on in our building by various contractors ours was the first to completion despite delays caused by city inspectors. We'd highly recommend this company for complex and high logistics projects.

I retained Alexander construction to remodel my apartment in South Beach, Miami. I worked with Paul Storti. Mr. Storti listened, advised and implemented. The work was flawless. We remodeled our condominium and our interior designer used Alexander Construction & Development. Alexander Construction was responsive and professional and completed all of the work in a timely manner.

Alexander Construction just completed the work of my apartment at South Beach - Miami. They were able to perform the contract strictly following a tight work program, having change the unit floor, redoing all the three bathrooms including the installation of rain showers. They were also responsible for the unit fine carpentry book shelf and closets.
