After spending much time thinking through if we should fit IKEA or should we go for something better, we came across German brand called Nolte. Found R&M as their authorised full service seller in London. From the first phone call it was clear that they were genuine. We had a budget in mind and we were only doing one bedroom. After a video consultation, and getting the idea on price, asked them to come over. Very nice chaps. They gave us two estimates: one included fitting and the other was just delivery. We went for fitted service and in all honesty they cost little bit extra that IKEA. But the difference in quality is three-four times. The wardrobes were fitted last Monday and we are simply too pleased and feel happy to leave this review. When we have the funds for second bedroom, we will for sure give R&M the first preference.

After a frustrating experience with another Nolte distributor R&M was like a breath of fresh air - responsive, helpful, clear, etc. Raghav listened to our requirements and was happy to provide CAD drawings of different options, and to liaise with the manufacturer as to what could and could not be done. We were totally happy with the service provided and highly recommend R&M.

We are giving our 4 bed home total revamp. To give you the context it has not been redecorated other than paint for over 20 years. We were searching for Nolte wardrobes and initially approached R&M through Nolte website. Visited their showroom in Leyton. Pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and welcoming attitude- not pushy at all. Raghav laid out 4 options and also showed us another Italian brand. Mindful of our budget he made some valuable suggestions and we went home and phoned him to come over to our home to understand the options. He readily turned up on time and what was impressive the homework he did before coming over- we were totally not expecting this as we had not yet paid any deposit or made any commitment. We discussed multiple options including layout of our 4 bedrooms. We followed his advice and changed the layout we had in our mind in 2 bedrooms. Next evening - Raghav emailed us the full quote and advised to think over everything before we pay the deposit. I knew the ball parl figure since my sister had had Nolte installed in her home (She lives in Surrey and we had loved the quality and how functional they were). R&M’s quote was in the same ball park. We then went to his showroom again and asked him if they would take care of the total fit-out- install wood floors, painting, curtains and few bits. A day later we had full mock-ups of what our bedrooms would look like if we did oak flooring and other bits. The quote was truly value for money as myself or my wife would not need to deal with 3-4 different tradesman. We slept over it and phone him and gave the go-ahead for 3 bedrooms and 1 bedroom with office study. From there on it was simply impressive. They followed step by step process- measuring, ordering and kept us in loop. Couple of days before the agreed installation date- he came over again with the fitter and explained how they will go about. Two weeks start to finish. The installation team was very professional and clean. The floors, wardrobes and the whole place look amazing. Having experienced the blissful service, we then engaged them to design our living and dining areas. Here it was WOW service again- with ideas galore Raghav took us to couple of showrooms in person to show us how our feature wall would look like and I have to tell you our living room is looking a funky reception in a boutique hotel. We subsequently have asked them for furnishing advice and this was given at no charge. Thank you thank you thank you Raghav for transforming our home. As a small token of our appreciation very happy to post this review for you. Will definitely recommend you to our friends and family. Hopefully will ask you to put in the smart lighting system next year.

Mohit and the team have been working closely with our us on our East London house over the past 6 months. We love our local area and love having family around us. We ruled moving out and decided to invest in our home. R&M were recommended to us by a friend. We visited their showroom in Leytonstone. Both myself and my wife felt we could trust them. We made a second visit to their showroom after 2 days and then invited them to come over to ours for detailed chat. Later came to know they come from a highly reputable family which has roots in the area for over 40 years, and has also lived locally. After going through our requirements-what we wanted to do, Mohit came over after two weeks with detailed presentation of what we could achieve within our budget and where we could make savings and reinvest the budget in other areas. With impressive attitude which is rare to see these days, we made the decision to go ahead with R&M. We have refurbished the entire house, a significant personal investment and something we definitely wanted to get right. From concept drawings which involved creating individual space for our three kids as they grow, our parents who are moving in with us, kitchen and bedroom design to getting the right building team to final building control sign off, and finally agreeing on colour scheme Mohit's team were with us at every step. Mohit advised us to think ahead and we now have a house (which looks ordinary from outside), has personalised space for three kids, and our parents too, with future proof wiring, Lutron lighting system, a Zen room at the back of the garden where we can escape for Yoga/meditation (without going to Far East). It has been absolutely pleasure dealing with Mohit and his team. We have got to know Mohit and his R&M team over the past six months. In January, Mohit came to know it was our 25th anniversary and we were super surprised when he sent us a gift card for experiencing lunch at Hutong restaurant in Shaard. In my professional career, hand on my heart, I have only come across a handful of true gentlemen with a big heart. Highly recommended.

Have been searching for a mattress which can get me a good night sleep for over a year :) Tried Simba from John Lewis, then bought Casper- both of which to be honest were not helping me get a good night sleep- too hot for me. Walked into R&M interior after recommendation. The store is not exactly in South Kensington. It is in Leyton :) Was pleasantly surprised to see range of collection. After explaining what I was looking for, the gentleman from R&M recommended Mammoth mattress. We purchased king size. It has been a WOW purchase. From order placement to delivery it was super smooth. Kept informed. I think it was the owner who delivered the mattress:) Not cheap but OMG I have been getting the best sleep since early Feb. Hope I can sustain this. FIVE STARS.

Went in to see two lovey gentlemen- Raghav and Mohit- and they were impressive in advising us to select colour scheme, furnishings (For curtains they told us would be cheaper to buy from Dunheim Mills), they fitted these at free of cost for us. They helped us pick and mix soda, dining table & beds (&yes super comfy mattresses) from the catalogue - within our specified budget. Project completed in time and well within budget. Very happy. Highly recommend. Personally we will use them again.

Raghav and his team completed a project for us, decorating our bedroom and converting a spare room to a home office. The work is excellent and the team were all helpful every step of the way. Would definitely use them again and 100% recommend!

Having been tasked with sourcing a company to provide a clear quote to refurbish and redesign the property. R&M Interiors where attentive to our brief and offered great space planning and Interior redesign. They even produced a bespoke furniture design to complete the Design. We jigged a few ideas around and I was so pleased with the quote. These people know how to work.
