My wife and I had a great experience with Terry and Mark Robinson! They showed us several different house options that they had recently built and also walked us through the possibility of building a new home. We chose the latter. This was our first time purchasing a house, let alone building one. They were very knowledgeable and helpful across the entire process, from explaining the details of the construction to pointing out great resources as far as for loan options. The house itself is fantastic! We couldn't be happier with the final product, it is exactly what we were hoping for. The material is the highest quality and everything is according to what we originally agreed upon. Mark has great ideas as far as interior design goes and really helped bring our idea of a home to the next level. Robinson was true to their word regarding quality and timeline, which was honestly quite fast. Both Terry and Mark were great in pointing out things that might make a house easier to sell down the road as well, so we were for sure getting an awesome investment with the possibility of a great return, should we need to sell it in the future. In short, I would definitely recommend houses built by Robinson Building Corp, either if you are looking for houses already built or to building your new home.

Mark and Terry helped us build our first house. We looked at some of their previous builds and loved them – great floor plans, nice finishes and quality builds. They made the building process seem easy and (more importantly) they made it fun! We appreciated how they listened to our "wants" and made those "wants" fit with our budget. We would recommend Mark and Terry to anyone looking to build a home – truly can't say enough good things about them. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Robinson Building Corp hands down is the best building company in the Manhattan/Topeka area. Mark, Terry and their employees were amazing and so easy to work with. They were always there to answer any questions we had and help eliminate some of the stress that comes with building a house. No other building company comes close to the quality of workmanship and product they produce. We absolutely love our house. Choosing them to build our home was the best decision we could of made in our home buying process. Trust me these guys will not disappoint even the pickiest of homebuyers.

My husband and I have recently retired to Manhattan,KS. We were very blessed to buy a new house built by Robinson Building Corp. We were new to this area and had no idea about builders, but liked the location and layout of a house our realtor showed us which was owned by Robinson's. We ended up purchasing this house. The house only had the basement dug, so that meant we would be able to pick finishes and make changes that we desired. I drove to Topeka to meet Mark Robinson and to pick finishes for our home. What a treat is was to spend the morning with Mark, as he guided me through the process. Mark has a way of relating that made me feel like I had known him for a long time. I also met Terry Robinson, Mark's dad, who was also very kind. The whole process of building the house was painless due to the experience and professionalism of this company. The sub contractors were professional, as well. We can hardly believe how fortunate we were to have had Robinson's build our house. What we appreciate the most about Robinson Building Corp. is the integrity with which they run their company. They are wonderful people who can be trusted to do what they say they will do. Our house is very well built; down to every detail. It is without reservation, that we highly recommend Robinson Building Corp. Anyone who chooses this company to build their house will be so blessed that they did. We have lived in our home for a year and a half and still have contact with Mark. He is always so gracious to answer any questions or concerns we have reguarding our home. We have a house that is becoming our new home and we could not be any happier!
