I can’t say enough about my experience with Benchmark Home Improvements! Lee and his son Ian were consummate professionals, exhibiting excellent communication and patience with us throughout the process of our stressful kitchen remodel. The timeline they gave us was “spot-on” and they were at our home every day until the job was completed perfectly and on schedule. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and pleasantly accommodated my two very curious dogs through the duration of our remodel. When I second guessed my choice of flooring, Lee and his wife went above and beyond on their own time to pick out some samples and set them aside at the store for me to look at. I went with one of their choices and I am so happy that I did as it looks amazing! This is truly a “family business” in the old-fashioned sense of the term, and that is hard to come by these days. They genuinely care about their craftsmanship and their clients, and they have a business based on integrity. I have to make special mention of Lee’s son, Ian, as he is mature beyond his years with skills to match it. I was beyond impressed with his expertise, execution and reliability. This young man exhibited a sense of principle and pride in his craft and was a pleasure to work with.

We had our Condo kitchen remodeled with Benchmark, for many reasons it was the best decision we could have made. Lee's vision for our kitchen was spot on and the kitchen is now the marvel of our condo community. Lee and Ian were clean and conscientious, many follow-ups to insure we were satisfied. The plumbers and electricians Lee utilized for the job were also great. Once started the progress went fast and furious, impressed with the timing in which the overhaul could be done. Lee was awesome! My wife and I wanted to remodel our kitchen and only had a vision of what we wanted. During our initial meeting with Lee he understood what we wanted and found the perfect cabinets for us. He was very engaging throughout the whole process and always quick to respond. We couldn’t be happier with our cabinets and the whole experience. We would highly recommend Benchmark, and Lee, for anyone looking for new cabinets.

My wife and I just bought our first house and wanted to get off to a good start by updating the kitchen. We are incredibly happy with how the work came out. Benchmark was able to take our ideas and make them into a reality. Goodbye cheap 80's kitchen, hello fine rustic look. Our bathroom vanities were also given a much needed facelift. Lee was communicative and made the whole process simple for us. Even with Covid supply chain woes he was adaptive and able to have the job complete for our move in day regardless. The work came out beautiful and we are so happy we went with Benchmark. Highly recommended!

Lee made the kitchen portion of my new home stress-free and amazingly priced! The cabinets arrived on time, were in great condition, with comprehensive instructions, and are a fantastic sight when you enter the home! We chose Benchmark Home Improvements for our cabinet remodel and couldn't be happier that we did! Lee took the time to invest in our vision, and presented us with options for just about every aspect of a cabinet remodel you could think of. He offered guidance toward achieving our vision but ultimately always left it up to us to make the decision. Feeling involved in the design went a long way toward helping us feel confident in moving forward with the project. When it came time to begin, Lee and Ian were extremely professional with regard to respecting everything going on with COVID19, which we were very appreciative of. Lee kept us in the loop with everything that was happening as the project moved along, and while the prospect of redoing your cabinets feels like a big decision to make, the final product that Lee and Ian presented us speaks for itself. Our expectations were high, but our new cabinets are truly stunning; better than we could have imagined. It changes the whole feel of our home! To say it was worth it would be an understatement. We purchased a home with plans of renovating the kitchen. We couldn't come up with a good layout until Lee came in and saved the day. The team at Benchmark was great to work with. Benchmark renovated not one, but two, kitchens in my house. Lee was easy to work with, reliable, organized and I really appreciated his design suggestions and ability to work within my budget.
