Being a licensed architect in 5 states with 20+ years of experience, I am seasoned in working on all types of projects with all types of people. On top of that, I am a patient and thoughtful listener. I will make every attempt to produce a unique and appropriate design that meets the Client's budget and expectations. From the initial consultation, if the budget appears inadequate for the desired program, I will discuss the alternatives and offer suggestions. I want to enter every project with a realistic and attainable goal. My passion is architecture. Good architecture. The scope of the project does not matter, but the quality is key. I enjoy providing solutions that are not only functional, but by providing spaces, forms and structures of beauty.

My husband and I had met with two other architects prior to meeting with Reggie. We were taking on a huge project of renovating our 66+ year old house and were apprehensive from the start, but once we met Reggie, the pieces started to fall into place. She listened to us, suggested and worked with us, guided us through legal situations that arose and helped select products that gave us our forever, dream home.

Reggie did an outstanding job for us. We had a lengthy review/approval process by the state of CA to complete our project, but she showed up for all the update meetings and kept us apprised of status with the state agency reviewing our plans. She was personable and professional always, and we believe her fees were very reasonable. Her plans/software were first rate. We would gladly utilize her services again.

My husband and I hired architect, Reggie Konet, to design and develop building plans for our new home. We would describe Reggie as knowledgeable, with exemplary integrity and advocacy for her clients. Throughout the entire planning process, Reggie demonstrated commendable listening skills. She researched the style of home that we want and offered suggestions and also recommendations. Her plans were extraordinarily thorough, citing current regulations and codes, creating a smooth permitting process with governmental agencies.
